I accidentally selected and got charged for a $29 subscription. I contacted their support team, they responded back within 24 hours and refunded my 2 charges and cancelled my subscription instantly. The only reason I am giving a 4 star review not 5 is because when I checked out the $0 protection plan was misleading. It was $0 for a 5 day free trial. Overall I am happy with how customer service dealt with this issue!

Shipmentprotect has been actively trying to steal 29 dollars a month from me for months. This is a bogus operation existing only to steal money from inocent consumers. They make it impossible to cancel their phony service.
