Great delivery from a very personable and nice veho team member today. Delivery was right on time and they parked by the property line and walked up a very steep driveway to put the package exactly where we instructed. We were there to intercept her before she made it to the door. Then she rolled down the driveway and left. The roll was a solid 9.75. Excellent delivery.
On time delivery. I was notified of the time window for delivery. It was perishable food, but still had ice and was cold in the box. Thank you.

We love Hello Fresh because of the quality ingredients, the time it saves us on shipping and the ease of preparing meals with clear instructions and all the right ingredients at hand. I had a package that was BY MISTAKE, the original merchant told ne to tell VEHO SHIPPING COMPANY, TO REFUSE PACKAGE. that didnt work. VEHO DROPPED package on my doorstep & i told them, i am to REFUSE package. He wouldnt take it. I contacted veho via text, they said they cant take it. They said they have no way to send bsck to merchant. They stated to asked merchant for a postage to return their package. The merchant denied. The merchant stated i was to make VEHO pay the postage sine they wouldnt take refuse package. This had been a nightmare from day 1. I paid outta my pocket to return package to merchant. This should not been MY problem! I was very unhappy & it wasn't my fault. Ive reached out to VEHO for support? Their customers service/support team, all SUCKS ASS! I HATE VEHO! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BELOW DECK! ive been in customers for over 45 years! Vehos services all together is HORRIBLE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING VEHO FOR ANY SHIPPING ANYWHERE! They need to repay my postage, & im telling all my frirnds families & people i am affiliated with? NEVER USE VEHO! ITS A BAD BAD EXPERIENCE FROM DAY ONE! NOT ACCEPTABLE 😡
The fact that I received a text saying, your driver is one delivery away from delivering your package. Was GREAT.. I went downstairs (I live on the third floor) and after waiting maybe 3 - 4 minutes she was pulling up with my package. She was professional and nice and ensured I was the person the package belonged to before handing it to me. Great delivery experience ✨️
Veho kept me updated with texts right up to the minute the package was delivered on my porch.
I was very impressed. I received a text informing me that the driver was 1 stop away and then a text to show the package was delivered(pic of proof). A follow up text to see if I was satisfied with the delivery. What I really liked is the package was placed in the screen out of site from passersbys.
Driver stopped by during appointed time frame and struggled at first to locate my package in his vehicle, but checked, double checked and finally found it. Rewarded him with s cold water and he was super grateful. Take care of those who take care of us. Great service
My home is located behind another house on the property, with no easy way to get to their front porch (which is up a steep flight of steps). I explain that access is via the alley, and there are NO steps leading to my door, which certainly saves their effort…but other delivery drivers continue to ignore that information. VEHO got it RIGHT. The first time!
Always leave it at the door. Lets me know when they drop it off.

This is the worst delivery company I have ever received a delivery from, and I've had some pretty bad experiences. Except no, sorry, wait. I've never actually received a delivery from them because both times they were supposed to deliver something to me, they sent it to the completely wrong building and I never got my package! I had deliveries screwed up by them for both Hello Fresh and Sephora. I never even bothered to order from HelloFresh again because this company pissed me off so much that I didn't want to deal with their deliveries. Unfortunately, I got them again when I ordered something to be delivered from Sephora, which I wish I'd known in advance because this company is astoundingly incompetent. Both times, they told me they couldn't "recover the package," or I assume, couldn't contact the driver, even though this was like within 20 minutes of them dropping it off. Do the drivers disappear into oblivion, burning their phones and changing their identities after a delivery? It makes no freaking sense. So they tell me both times, "Oh, we're so sorry, nothing can be done, contact the company for a replacement." What, so I can spend hundreds of dollars on gifts for my neighbors after Veho assigns the same brain-dead drivers to drop my package off in some random place? And then, to make it even more ridiculous, the customer service person I'm chatting with sends me a link to their app and instructions to upload a photo for "perfect placement" as in showing them where I want the package to be placed. They say I can send a photo to the chat to avoid future incidents, yadda yadda...um, so, you left my package at a completely different apartment building, and you're telling me the solution is to send a photo of my front door?? Oh, I see. The driver didn't have this photo, so they reasonably assumed I didn't want the package delivered to my actual address, but to a random apartment instead! Well, gee, if only I'd known! What an insultingly idiotic solution. So their customer service team is as useless and stupid as their drivers, apparently. The photo of where you want your package left is for when the driver actually gets to the correct location and needs to know where to place the package for you to find. I should think it was obvious that the "perfect placement" isn't at a random apartment where I don't live. I mean, wow! Here's a note for management: hire drivers and employees with an IQ over 30.
Can't believe the delivery person tossed my package in my front yard by the street! WTF!!! I thought someone left trash in my yard. It could have easily been picked up by anyone!
