Veho has been so good about communication. I get notified the delivery is coming, and been delivered. They ask specifics, if you have a code to a gate or other instructions before delivery. I love that I had the opportunity to give specifics, as to where to leave my package.. When I did that, they started leaving it in that location. I have had 4 deliveries by them in the last 2 weeks. Each time the package was delivered with care. I hope it continues.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
They have a text message customer service who is just a bot. No answers as to where my package is and why it was never delivered. My package had a delivery window of 6:30-9:30pm, no one delivered, then it said delivered just after midnight, again…no delivery. Next morning the app showed “delivery delayed” and no one but a bot to ask where my order is. Still no delivery, days late, and no response from Kyte Baby or VEHO! HORRIBLE!

I appreciate how prompt their delivery is AND that they truly read - and understand - the instructions we leave. Our porch is always wet during the morning due to the sprinklers so I have asked to please leave packages right by the front door which is dry. They always leave the packages there. They do so consistently and we appreciate it. Companies should consider your services. I know a lot has to do with the delivery person himself/herself (and y'all's training) but we appreciate all the delivery people who have come (which is many of them) because we order online a lot especially from Quince.

Package was suppose to arrive tomorrow from Ulta instead it was delivered today on said time. My boyfriend really loved the cologne I got him. Veho didn't disappoint at all.
Updates and timely delivery
I love that I get multiple text updates before my delivery and another one once it’s been delivered. The drivers always take care to put my box in a place that’s out of the weather. My box also always comes on the day it’s supposed to. Anytime FEDEX delivers my meal kit box, it ends up missing or delayed.
