Horrible service they left an expensive…
Horrible service they left an expensive package of mine in the lobby of the building, took a picture of it in the middle of the lobby (mid day) then left. Like what? By the time I even seen the notification that it was down there someone took it. I’ve been waiting all day for this package and they didn’t even have the decency to come knock on the door smh! Not only are their delivery people incompetent but their customer service team is even worse! They not only did nothing to address the issue but they said it was delivered to the correct building so they can’t do anything to help me! Wtf kind of service is this! This place sucks and their “Senior Coordinator” Edward Rozo also did nothing to make the situation right! Just wrote me a paragraph saying they’re isn’t anything they can do. How do you guys mess up this bad and take no accountability? Trash company I give them negative 10 stars. Absolutely Disgusting Sevice and customer service. This happened in NYC by the way.

The driver was very kind to leave my package as instructed. I appreciate him for doing that. I didn’t have to worry about my package being left in the open.
Thank you for my delivery. It arrived on time, was left safely in front of my door, and the package was neat and in perfect condition.

Great service. I received a text the night before that it was arriving Monday. Got two texts Monday informing me of the deliveries progress. Plus it actually arrived at the right apartment. Can you please continue to deliver our Factor boxes going forward?
I appreciated how efficient and communicative veho was with our recent deliveries. I knew exactly when to expect our packages and they safely arrived within the timeframe window that was communicated. Outstanding!

Great service!
I receive text messages updating when my package will be delivered. What really stood out is that it have been raining throughout the day. The delivery driver tucked my package near the front door where it would stay dry. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness.
