Veho seems to be very reliable. Very relieved when I know they are delivering.

Just didn’t think

Left my package on the stoop not covered by the roof overhang and it rained so when we got home the box was soaked. Had the driver put the package closer to the house it would have been out of the elements.

If I could put zero I would’ve

If I could put zero I would’ve. Their drivers are thiefs they take a picture of the package delivered and take it back with them in the car. Zero customer service. They lack ethics, integrity and professionalism. I dont know why companies like ulta would deliver packages through them especially when the package itself is 100 dollars or more they should use compines like UPS or fedex. Very disappointing

Too notch delivery service!

I had the best experience with this delivery service. They communicate, which is imperative to a trustworthy delivery service. Unlike other delivery providers, I was able to track my order in real time, stop by stop. Shortly before arrival they gave me a heads up and gave me the option to customize where my package was left, which really made me feel at ease. Great company, great drivers, great everything.

I have used Veho @ 6 times for delivery of certain items through ‘Shop’. The delivery has been on time and as represented every time. I don’t worry when I see my shipping and delivery is on Veho.

Absolutely the worst delivery company…

Absolutely the worst delivery company that people still use. I have complained multiple times to them that they are to deliver packages to our Luxor box in the mailroom. Instead they deliver it outside the front of the building or outside the mailroom on the sidewalk or on the floor in the common area near the elevator. So many of my items have been stolen because they refuse to deliver them properly.

The company discarded my grocery box

The company discarded my grocery delivery cite some policy about health and safety. my order had been scheduled for delivery on the Thursday following day that it had arrived at the facility, it tossed out upon arrival at their facility a day before it should have been delivered on Wednesday. I informed about their decision to trash my package when I inquired about a delay on Friday. A delivery service is just a delivery service. It should not be gauging the freshness of dried goods and then making the decision to throw out a package for a customer.
