I love the updates, including when the driver texts when he/she is close. Also they always put it inside our entryway so there's never a problem with weather. They have delivered to me 4 or 5 times and it's always been excellent

My package was delivered on time

My package was delivered on time and very fast. Honestly, I'd never heard of Veho prior to this delivery, but I was impressed with their service.

2AM Delivery

Had a delivery window of 3:43pm-9:43pm. No one arrived during the window, however I was woken up by Ring alerts that someone was at my front door at 2:20am. If the delivery window is going to be missed, I would expect an update saying it would be delivered the next day. I thought it was incredibly unprofessional to deliver a package in the middle of the night. Had I not had Ring cameras or alerts, my package would have been sitting outside for hours in the middle of night. Easily could have been stolen by anyone. Also wasn't didn't appreciate being woken up at 2:20am either.

I wouldn’t recommend Veho

I wouldn’t recommend Veho as a delivery service. Over the last years I’ve been receiving weekly meal deliveries, my delivery has been left at my neighbor’s, out by my detached garage, on the driveway/driveway steps, and on the stairs to the porch despite explicit instructions/photos to place the package inside the porch and not leave it on the steps due to that being a hazard to a blind resident. They may get it right 1 or 2 times in 10. Each time the AI bot apologizes, then gives excuses or tells me to be more explicit. Apparently photos/clear directions aren’t enough. Even after being assured by a supervisor (human, I assume), it was still left on the steps. I wish I could request Fed Ex back who, after personally checking with me where I wanted it, always placed it correctly, but the company doesn’t accept requests. Veho got it right last week and and were so proud of themselves, they requested I leave a review. Okay, I have.

Unreliable

Was in the neighborhood for delivery, then they accidentally shipped my package to a different city, gave me non-answers about it for a week (we're doing all we can to get it back on track!), then marked it lost in transit.

Veho is a great delivery service, I like how you can send them a message with instructions for delivery. Many others do not provide that and are confused by how to deliver when there are gate codes, etc.
