No working way to return shoes.
I received my shoes. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was that I needed to return them and there was no working way to do that. The ups site I was led to in order to print a return label did not work and their customer service number went to voicemail that was full and unable to leave a message. So I am now stuck with $200 shoes that don’t fit and don’t seem to be returnable.

The delivery is well worth it! It was delivered late but ok it was early. Cart drove well lived the fat tires! It wasn’t fast or anything got passed on beach but that’s ok.

When every store and website had these particular show they would be out of the size or width but Shoolu had them and I was so happy as they are for my husband to wear to give his only daughter away for her wedding coming up in March 2026

Fast shipping unfortunately the shoes didn't not fit. I Tried returning through the website but none of there links would send me to a return label. I tried calling went to voicemail and the mailbox was full so couldn't leave a message. I finally got through on an email and they promptly emailed me a return label. They definitely need to do some upgrade work on the website.
