I'm a customer at this horrible place, I bought a rug there that I earned the discount for so... Lmao the store manager Tenille is a horrible person and the management team there are horrible people that reward laziness and hurt good hardworking people. I have suffered everything from sexual harassment to threats to name calling to pissing in a bottle for other people to being overloaded purposely and then while I continue to strive to do a good job they keep punishing only me and rewarding only the liars and lazy people. I'm in reform..I can't afford for bad people to keep hurting me and it sickens me that it's not just happening to me... We need good people to hold up good people not bad lying people to hold up bad lying people. I just got fired for having an out burst except...they purposely do ignorant things to get reactions constantly after working magic in there for them. Beware Tenille likes to smack the butts, she also used to go in the bathroom with her ex husband when I first started working there when he had his new fiance.. They also used to order alcohol and drink while we worked. Lmao one of those jerks is a druggie and instead of trying to comfort me like I deserve because I'm a good person that does that for others... He honked the forklift horn and jammed the gas down and gunned it toward me when I'm having a panic attack and human resources only acts like they are helping.. stone cold will tell you they are there for the people and to make it better but it's a god damn lie they are all liars. I tried to do right repeatedly again for years. Also for the parents with the college kids that work there, their new warehouse manager is a crooked piece of lazy good for nothing that does drugs. They will lie and try to cover it up but... If ya don't have a medical card... N ur doing it I mean... But they use other people and ways to fake urine tests and warn each other ahead of time anyway so... Pointless. Lmao literally did everything right I could and even helped save this worthless horrible inhumane companies ass a few times by giving them heads ups first. Lmao. Used it against me every time. Sick. Everything I have posted is true and in no way slander or retaliation and thats only a fraction of the lack of morality of the people running this show.. the fact there are any five star ratings at are questionable with how unprofessional and childish they actually are in there and how often a simple warehouse worker takes the blame for the mess ups in the office because that's how they do it. Place blame and narrative flip and false accusations. Then call you the liar for telling the truth. People stand up against corrupt places like this, this is one of the many things that's hurting our country and our people. It's not a god damn game. Also the owner Michael longwell or whatever the hell that twerps of a mans name is..seems to be orchestrating it all I think because he's protecting Tenille because her side business that she constantly is throwing away product for is supposedly making them that much money to where they would rather have a tyrant like her get away with all the evil she actually does. Lmao I don't understand why Michael wouldn't be taking bad publicity more seriously with someone in reform being he had to take sexual harassment classes personally before for not knowing how to show proper respect to people. The fact that you had to lie and manipulate, smear a hard working person's actual image, pull the most disgusting things towards people you should have been lifting up and rewarding for working hard for you. You should feel shame. You owners are pathetic excuses for human beings. Worms, cowards..integrity lacking wussies. Burn the person that's been telling you the truth the whole time even recorded, about major stuff.. and now you're going to try to call me a liar? Let's see how the truth goes in the real world. :) I deserved better. Shame on you horrible people. Shame on you Michael, you're a small person and a coward. Their customer service team was very helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made the process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I would have given 5 stars, but the website said the item was in stock, and it wasn't, so there was significant lag time between ordering and delivery. HOWEVER, the customer service was excellent: when I called to inquire about the delay, the person on the phone knew immediately what the issue was, said he would check with the distributor, and then got back to me with an update. I appreciate that it was a human being on the other end (NO AI), and he knew what he was talking about, didn't just give me the runaround. Thank you for that! And - the rug was exactly as ordered.
