Great Undies!! Terrific customer service !!
I am so excited to receive my Veras undies! I have tried several brands that were not any use at all. The ones I've tried so far leaked right through to my clothes. Unfortunately the Veras were a bit too small. Even though they were tight I tried them around the house and they worked great. No leaks even though I did housework in them. I can't wait to get my right size. And customer service was so nice about sending me the next size for free. Very good company. I also think they are pretty. Thank you Veras Undies!!
The undies do just what I wanted
The undies do just what I wanted. They take care of the smell from incontinence and never feel wet from leakage.
An honest and great company
Well I found for me the underwear were a little small in my normal size. But without hesitation I believe her name's Margaret took care of that by sending me in the next size up at no charge. They were quick to respond to me and very kind the entire time. The company is doing wonderful I believe because of their kind customer service. I'll be very happy when the new ones come. I always joke it's not the golden years it's golden mile trying to make it to the bathroom in time. I did tell Margaret that I appreciate her wonderful customer service.

They are very comfortable, hardly feel them on, well made. I am pretty confident that I will be protected. the other brand, everdries,is a joke, doesn't protect at all, went back to pads until I got these, wish I had seen them first and ordered . Thank you for making something dependable
Order problems - zero customer service
Order problems, wrong items, no way to return I ordered from Vera’s Undies and had a very poor experience. My order took 34 days to arrive, and when it did, there was no paperwork included — no receipt, no order number, nothing. To make matters worse, I received the wrong size and the wrong item. I ordered a size Large full brief and was sent a size Small lacy hip hugger instead. When I went to the website to return or exchange the order, I discovered that returns require an order number, which I was never provided — not in my confirmation email and not in the package. There appears to be no way to resolve errors when the company makes a mistake. Between the excessive shipping delay, incorrect items, and lack of customer support, this company shows no concern for customers. I would strongly advise others to be cautious — do not get scammed like I did.

I enjoy the comfort, durability and absorbent, scent-free function of these undies. Customer service persevered until a professional and supportive solution was found. Vera's undies is a high performance company.

Although the quality of the undies is great they are not as good a fit as the first order as they tend to roll down and need hitching up several times a day.

Took some time before they were delivered, however I expected this. The knickers are comfortable to wear. The gusset on the outside does become wet, but not too badly. I just change them as I would liners, however this is more eco-friendly. Easy to wash and hang

Vera’s underwear have padding that extends to the back of the panties which is good but the padding is thin. They would be great if the padding was thicker and more absorbent!

This company is fantastic
This company is fantastic! I ordered the wrong size and they were quick to send me a whole replacement order for what I ordered! The new size fit perfectly. They are the best and easiest company to work with. They even told me to keep the other size and give to someone else that needed them. I took them to the abused women's shelter. They were very glad to have them. It's great to know there are companies like Vera's still out there.

Great product, efficient delivery, helpful after sales, pleasure to purchase. Suffered from night time incontinence, Vera's underwear solved that and I felt dry and protected all night

These are better than most, so called incontinence pants, but will still only hold small leaks.

These pants look and feel like normal underwear.
These pants look and feel like normal underwear but with the added bonus of being leakproof. I dropped a star because unfortunately I didn’t feel dry if I have had a leak so have to change, this was ok if I am at home but uncomfortable if out and about! I don’t agree with other comments on size , my first order I got a size larger but they felt baggy so my next order I bought my usual size, perfect, and there is no shrinkage when laundered.

I have needed this product for years and have tried everything I could find out there. I ended up embarrassed and disappointed.. then I tried Vera's and am so happy! I love love love love this underwear! Finally something that does what it says! Do not worry about odor or breakthrough with this product! Thank you, thank you Vera!
