Customers and reviewers overwhelmingly had a truly great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptionally soft and well-made materials, noting that these protective garments provide wonderful daily comfort and complete confidence. People also emphasize the dedicated customer service team, explaining that friendly representatives respond quickly and handle product replacement requests with genuine care. Some reviewers were not happy with the sizing consistency, mentioning that products often run too small and require ordering a larger size. A few individuals additionally described frustrating shipping delays, extended delivery times, or occasionally receiving incorrect items that complicated their overall online purchases.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Had to up the size since European/Asian sizes are much smaller than US sizes. Otherwise the panties are a heaven-sent! Comfy & easy to wash in the net bag that comes with the panties.
Thanks, glad they turned out to be a heaven-sent once you sized up. Good note on the sizing differences, and we're happy the wash bag is making care easy.
Super quick delivery lovely product was quickly replaced with a larger size. Many thanks to you and your team
Thanks so much, glad the delivery was quick and the size swap was easy. Much appreciated.
I love my underwear
Thanks Patricia, so glad you love them. Good to know to size up a little too.
New design is great. Less Nulk. Meshes cool. Band helps. 2nd big set. Yes!
Thanks for coming back for a second set. Glad the new design is hitting the mark with less bulk and that cooler mesh.
The product is everything they claim it to be. Their return and/or replace policy was everything they said it would be. I had to exchange for size and the whole process was handled quickly and efficiently. Veras stands behind their product and I couldn't be happier with my whole experience. I would recommend Veras to anyone who would benefit for this product.
They fit well and like the protection.
The customer service department is great. They replaced a size I ordered for another without any hassles. I have yet to try the undies but they are very well made and feel comfortable.
Thank you so much Anna for helping me track my order. She was so kind and very helpful. After getting an update on my order the next day it was delivered. Great Customer Service Anna
4.5 is what is my %. It did be a little but no one noticed, but I also use it for my UC problem and it works wonders for that.
I like that I feel protected and I’m always dry
More comfortable wearing these. Since I started wearing I then I m no longer worried about leaking spots on my pants.
The quality of the merchandise is excellent. The ordering and shipping went well.. any problems were sorted out quickly.
They are more absorbing than any others I tried.
I gave the older version does not work that well waiting for a new order of the new ones long overdue.
I have MS, weak bladder is a side effect these panties have helped to give me comfort and confidence. Thank you
LOVE !! Best ever for dribbles!!
Product as advertised. They only arrived 2 days ago so too early to give five stars.
The underwear themselves are well made but like others they are not true to size. They are tight in the leg area and ride lower in the back on me. As far as absorption they are okay for very light bladder leaks but not for heavier leaks.
The messages from Vera do not relate to reality. I had wanted to change my order placed from S to M sizes, like my previous order. I heard from Vera saying due to being very busy that my order had not yet been dispatched. Reading this I immediately wrote in requesting to change the size from Small to Medium. I was told my order had already been dispatched with no option to change it. They suggested I wait to receive them and then return them. That did not sit well with me who urgently needed them. Anyway, the Small set of 5 arrived and they fit ok. I have therefore decided to keep them to avoid all the trouble to replace them. You need to stop sending out useless generic emails from Vera which may at first seem like a nice touch but in reality are full of nothing but misleading information. Along with the fake closing down advertising. Just be honest. Your product is very good so you should not need all the falsehoods to get your sales. Note the date of my order should be known by you since you sent me this review request. If I search my emails for the detail I will loose this response to you also accessed via your email to me Wendy Baxter Australia
