The staff members I dealt with at Signature Coins, Jeff and John, were courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Start to finish it took less than half an hour to place my order and request a quote. I had the quote in hand and was able to complete the order process the next day.
Signature Coin was flexible. They answered our calls even though we were calling from overseas. They were quick to answer and revise our design. If we get the coins on time we will be using this company every year.
Awesome experience. I sent them a crude drawing and they made it come to life. Took my change requests and sent another review the very next day for approval.
Exceptional communication. A little slow to get started, but very responsive and professional. Would recommend to anyone who needs coins.
This is our second time ordering and love the quality and craftsmanship of the coin. Our first initial order we gave the team our design and they got us exactly what we were looking for. Their customer service is wonderful!
John and Eli have been wonderful to work with: prompt, friendly and patient. They have handled our company's delayed request incredible professionalism. Both deserve raises!
I asked for a quote and received it the same day. The proof was great and the price is reasonable. Signature Coins had exactly what I was looking for.
This company is great. On time and a great product. We were thrilled with how our first order came out!
Customer service was phenomenal. First time ordering coins for my military unit or my own company and im ecstatic. Haven't recieved the product yet but customer service was outstanding.
From start to finish the service was excellent. I was able to download our company logo easily, they provided art proofs quickly and revisions where breeze and re-submitted in the same day. I will be using them more in the future.
Great Customer Service!! Easy to use platform. 10/10
This was a very easy process and the team was very quick with revisions and response.
The quote and revision came back fast on the challenge coin. This company is great deal with. Very impressed when it came to assisting with images. The proof looks amazing and will be a timeless piece for my organization.
Signature coins makes the entire order/ re-order process SO SIMPLE! The coins are a QUALITY product and well worth the cost.
We were looking for a Challenge Coin to honor a man who was larger than life and who gave everything he had to help others. He passed away after a hard fought battle with cancer. I was incredibly indecisive and kept changing my mind because I wanted it to be perfect. I was given so much support and encouragement from the team at Signature Coins. Our coin is perfect. His family, friends, coworkers and those he helped daily, all thank you for allowing us to continue to be his voice. I recommend Signature Coins to everyone.
This is my second coin design from Signature Coins and the coins and customer service only getter better each time. Fastest designs, outstanding customer service, friendly staff, and best products!
