Top Notch
From start to finish the communication was outstanding and the quality of the product was truly 5 star all the way. I highly recommend this company.

Conversation between us
I had a great experience working with Signature Coins Investments. Jimmie West walked me through the process and I was able to make a great investment in mine and my children’s future. But I was been fraud He made sure that shipping was fast and secure and that I was informed at every step of the process. I hope to continue to work with Jimmie and GGI in future investments.
Great work
Great work. Great help. Very professional. I would use them again. Free artwork. Unlimited revisions. I highly recommend them for anyone making their own coin and using their own private dollars. They listened to me and helped me. Vitor was great. Chris helped me as well.
I'm sertifide with the service provider
Horrible customer service and we didnt…
Horrible customer service and we didnt get what we ordered. Apparently, email wasn't clear enough to explain what we wanted that i had to call several times to explain. in the end we didn't get what we ordered. I do not recommend this company. Save your money and go somewhere else!
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. This company sent coins with scratches on them and stickers that are peeling off. A company that used to care about their customers who serve this country - now only care about money. They will not refund even if they send a bad quality product. Do not use this company. They are NOT for the customer anymore, they became a greedy company.
Amazing experience from start to finish
One of our amazing clients requested that we design and produce challenge coins for them. It was not something we had ever designed before and we wanted to work with a company who would do some hand holding and make sure the end result was exceptional. Signature Coins was amazing from start to finish. The whole experience was perfect in every way and most importantly the client was extremely happy with the final product.

Outstanding Experience
Outstanding Experience. Easy design process with excellent customer service. I was advised that the coins would ship on the 20th and received them on the 8th…12 days in advance of the original projected ship date and 16 days after the design date 👍 and the quality is superb! Strongly Recommend Signature Coins for your next project!
SHAZAM!
The Signature Coins team was easy to work with and a fantastic turn around. The first set of coins were not right and I was sent another batch with the correct look to it within 10 business days. Very happy with customer support and service. Would use again and recommend to people looking for their services.
The custumer service was phenomenal…
The custumer service was phenomenal with the creation of our reunion coins. They took personal care of my requests and made the whole experience easy and kept in constant communication. Their artist created custom art that captured our battalion perfectly. The coins were great quality n paint was flawless. All coins were uniformly painted and milled. Fantastic work
Extremely Impressive / best Customer Service!!!
I have rarely worked with a company that was so willing and able to go above and beyond to provide a product - they worked with me through changes and last minute requests - and did it all with a willing, can do, happy attitude. Once of the best companies I have ever done business with. Additionally, EXCELLENT product. The coin was exactly as ordered, quality product, impressive!!
Highly professional company, in all aspects
Right off the bat, I could tell that Signature Coins conducted business in a very professional, and quick manner. Their questions, communications, and completion of proof coin rendition stood out among four bids that I was looking at. No one came close in the professional looking proof that they designed, the time in which the proof was delivered, and the communications to ensure that all was well. Most of the presented renditions were pathetic. Some companies did not even supply a proof, just questions. I was highly impressed with Signature Coins.
Great Job Signature Coins!!!
I can't thank you all enough for doing such a great job on our challenge coins! They are perfect! The delivery was here on time…I know I will be ordering many more from Signature Coins! I can't thank you enough for the outstanding job and in such a hurry! You guys are amazing!!! 😊 Lori

I am very pleased with the result. The quality of service provided exceeded expectations, and you showed great patience as our deadline loomed. Thank you very, very much for a job well done. We'll be back…
We have been using signature coins for three years
We have been using signature coins for three years and have eight different coins for our organization. The quality is fantastic and they do an amazing job of bringing your vision to life. We recently received an order where we weren't thrilled with the result and they worked with us to fix the problem at no cost to us. The final product is now exactly what we wanted. Great company with great customer service. No hidden costs. Quality product.
My proof isnt here.
I requested a quote and i have been waiting since August 29th for my proof. If you want crappy wait times for proofs Come here.

Hello, ****. Thank you for your review. The "name" submitted for your project was a combination of profanity and racial slurs. The design you wanted on a coin consisted solely of a single explicit and grotesque image. We did not draw your proof and deleted your request because we thought it was spam or trolling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and do not make designs or coins for customers whose request contains hate speech or gore. We attempted to flag the review based on these conditions but were informed that you had a "genuine experience" since you did submit an inquiry. This response is less for you and mainly for anyone else who reads it.
Buy your coins here!!
We love the coins we bought from them! We've been customers since 2017 and have bought 500 coins since then.
Best Company Ever!
I have worked with Signature Coins on 5 different projects, and I'm currently in the process of 3 more projects. The employees are amazing, helpful, polite, and all around make it a great experience! I'm very Type A, so I like for my projects to look an intended way. They dealt with my constant changes on the design, some of my crazy questions, and they explained the process step by step. I was never once concerned that the product quality would be poor. The graphic designers are brilliant and I love having their opinion on the pieces too - especially when I'm blanking on ideas. I was randomly trying to find a company to use for challenge coins and stumbled across them. Best thing that's ever happened! I highly recommend using this company for your future business products!
