Everything went smooth. I even bought an extra macerator pump for the one piece toilet I had purchased. This way I can switch out quickly without Bathroom disruption, then get the broken one fixed. Maybe I will never have to do this but its an insurance policy for me.
It came with everything and works great. It's very quite when flushed and the lid closes very softly and slow. It's fun watching.

Easy to order and quick delivery. I have 1 complaint. Due to the cost of the toilet, it came with a very flimsy plastic toilet seat, not durable at all. I had to purchase a durable, sturdy, long lasting seat, which was extra on top of the toilet. My overall experience was good.
