I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been frustrating from start to finish. The platform consistently failed to deliver what was advertised. Features and "helpers" claimed they could complete tasks that either didn't work at all or produced unusable results, wasting both time and credits. In several cases, pages wouldn't load properly, errors consumed paid credits, and the overall experience was far more difficult and time-consuming than competing products. What has been most disappointing is the customer service. When problems occurred, support was slow to respond or didn't respond at all. I attempted to cancel and request assistance, but received little to no meaningful help. Instead of addressing the underlying issues or offering a refund for services that clearly didn't work as promised—essentially asking customers to keep using a product that had already failed them. No software is perfect, and occasional issues are understandable. What isn't understandable is charging customers for services that don't perform as advertised and then showing little interest in making things right. The lack of accountability, poor support, and refusal to provide reasonable refunds turned what could have been a minor issue into a complete loss of confidence in the company. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

I’m fairly new to Sintra but it has proven so far to be very good. My only criticism is the plans are based on credits and they do get eaten up pretty quickly as you use the tool. There is heavy discounts to the monthly fee when you join for year 1 - I hope in yr 2 there will also be discounts so the tool remains affordable for us.

I have been suffering for a week to build my website and sintra made it in 15 min, and I would never do it so professionally. Love my virtual assistants as well, so knowledgeable. Sintra learnt about my business so quickly and put beautiful business and marketing plan together which I am implementing now. Highly recommend

I've been using Sintra AI since a couple weeks and was really suprised by its easy to use system. All the helpers respond really well and help me a lot with managing socials, website and responding to my clients. Wish I'd started with this sooner.
Absolute game changer
Absolute game changer. Launching a business is overwhelming, but Sintra simplified everything. I get to focus on my clients, and Sintra takes care of the rest. Couldn’t be happier.

simple to use, very extremely helpful, created websites and images, helps with social media, blog posts etc etc. truly a assistant without having to train or pay extra. love it!
Spent all my credits into error
Spent all my credits into error, went to the support to request a refund with all evidences as their own user policy is written but they only gave me more credits again. when something doesnt work properly, the customer doesnt want more credits to get more frustrated. Still waiting for my money back, hope this channel is supervised.

I like the personal platform (helpers) that are compartmentalized. I enjoy that when I challenge what is said it reflects why it may have not served me what I expected and how that aligns with my profile I submitted when I signed up. I enjoy it works diligently to reflect my voicing and makes suggestions “outside the box” even though it maybe perceived programmaticly outside what I asked for. As a creative and entrepreneur I appreciate things outside the box while still acknowledging what I asked for without AI bias.

I've been using it for about a month now and the experience has been good. There is some learning curve from my end and also from AI. You'll go through the credits included in the plan fairly quickly.

I started a subscription last year
I started a subscription last year. Didnt usd it for like 5 months, then i used it rarely. Yesterday i worked with it a few hours max working on a new idea. It directly said my credits are done. And i had to wait 9 days for my new credits or pay 35usd. They just made this change and working with credits now. While i had subscribed to a total different unlimited package. So for me thats not fair and i will definetly not going to extend my subscription after this.
