Don't get me wrong it has some useful parts

Don't get me wrong it has some useful parts and is a promising product......for maybe 10 years time but it is WAY behind other AI platforms. The AI is glitchy as ****. It can only schedule 4-5 posts at a time, that is when its not telling you it can't schedule anything as that's not a feature (which it is and is advertised as such). Customer service listen about as well as the AI itself and just tell you its user error for wanting it to be able to actually follow instructions. Then suggest asking it less, or just doing the work yourself.

Pages don’t load and they don’t deliver on promises

Pages don’t load, “Helpers” say they can do tasks they can’t do and waste your time. New charging system seems weighted towards them doing work you didn’t asked for and results that can’t be achieved because they can’t deliver what they promised. Don’t waste your time on this!
