Eni was very personable
Eni was very personable, professional and patient. Without her guidance I would not have been able to complete the blood test correctly and successfully. However putting the blood test in the mailing envelope not easily fit.

Simple, effortless, and almost, dare I say, enjoyable!
Renata was amazing. This was my first SiPhox test, so I had to do the live assistance. Renata came on with a smiling face, very positive attitude, and made the entire experience effortless. The collection happened painlessly and quickly, and the entire process took less than 30min (3 vials). 10/10, so far very happy with my purchase/investment!
