I wanted new beams and was sent used beams if I wanted used beams I would have specified that now I have to look at used beams in my new shop

Cant even get me the info on claim. Through email and i think the way it is maybe stalling it so i want get replacement. A simple email i have try two times and still not received it.

Poor communication/ lack of communication with salesperson affected my order. I sent emails and voicemails and did not get a response. As a result, I had to completely cancel my order.
