Our order for only 8 upright pieces but felt like we were just as important as someone who might be ordering 800. Talked to Jason D. who was very helpful for the entire process. Received timely information all the way to when truck arrived to offload.
Thanks for the 5-star review and shout-out to Jason, Chuck! Jason knows material handling and we're glad you were able to get what you needed in a timely fashion!
I am a volunteer with a non-profit organization. We made some changes to our warehouse and wanted to purchase some used pallet racks. Kendal Kalamaha provided information and guidance using equipment SJF had available. Fortunately, we were able to meet our needs with in-house equipment plus some donated racks at no cost. We appreciate Kendal's kind assistance along the way.
