The communication started through your website and then switch to emails. What I was asking for and what I got did not match. I will need to modify parts to make this racking work.

I found what I was looking for on the website, including a phone number that connected me to a knowledgeable person that could understand my special needs. She was honest and told me the lead time was going to be several weeks. I received my order in a little less time than I expected. Good job.

I contacted SJF about a pallet rack i wanted to put up at home for skid steer equipment. It was easy to find what I was interested in on the website. I was sent an email to confirm the items I was looking at and a price. I issued a proceed with order and was contacted when the order was ready to pickup. Easy!

Justin Erkenbrack was fantastic to work with. Extremely knowledgeable on cantilever racking. The scope of the project changed multiple times, and Justin was able to requote in a timely fashion which helped us secure the job.

five business days or more passed and they still didn't have time to process my order of two baskets guess I am to small of an account to care about or reply to.... hmmm wonder if the friend i have who is running a huge shipping warehouse's use's this company.... not anymore.... premier handling solutions handled it in one day with great customer service even told me to drive up to warehouse and i would jump the line for small order like this

Our office is closed on weekends, as well as December 24 through 26 and December 31 through January 2 for the Christmas and New Year holidays. With those closures, your request was still within our stated 4 to 6 business day turnaround time, which is noted on our quote request form. That said, we understand how the delay felt from your side, especially for a small order, and we regret that this was not communicated more clearly. Every order matters to us, regardless of size, and we never want a customer to feel overlooked. I would like to thank you for your quick response and turn around on this. It seems like any more I must chase down salespeople to make a purchase from them. I don't understand why that is, but I greatly appreciate you for your customer service. I have been asking for a quote from a local supplier out of Des Moines. Was told 2 weeks ago that they would be putting a quote together and still have not heard from them. In about 24 hours you had this taken care of. Thank you for making this process easy.
