Someone is always...always there to answer any questions or help or give advice. The product has helped me loose weight as I have tried everything, I mean EVERYTHING!!. The customer service agent was rude and argumentative. she wrote the following "You are indicating that these asks are too huge for you and that you have no such patience for that. You're angry and you now want to dispute the charges. You don't need to do that. We have refunded your order. "

Best diet I’ve ever been on. It works, take your drops. Eat your meals and watch the pound drop off. The recipes in the cook book are very good. We love the crab cakes and the chilly. I went from 235 to 207 in about 4 weeks. Thanks Skinnyup

Great results! I lost 15lbs doing the 21 day plan and am now in maintenance mode. It wasn't always easy to stick to the plan because I'm an emotional eater. I was not hungry, but did have a cheat meal on Christmas day. I plan on doing another round next month and look forward to meeting my weight loss goals! Thank you for making this great product!!

You made me change my password when my password was ALREADY secure. And you increased the shipping price from when I began the order to when I finished the order! Why did THAT happen? My order was $86.16 with shipping and then jumped to $90.70! Looks like you were trying to make back the 15% discount!
