Great results so far. I've done the HCG injection protocol 15yrs ago and had amazing results but I like this system alot more. Less $$ and keeps it simple. 10lbs in 7days....10 more to go and I'm there. Thanks!

This is a great product, sticking to the plan I lost 19 pounds in 14 days! I will be ordering another round of products because I need to go ahead on and lose 20 more pounds. Great product!

Yes it made me drink more water

Yes it made me drink more water, but the major calorie restriction you could lose weight without the liquid supplement if you could maintain eating so few calories, which isn't possible. Then it caused one side of my face to break out in a rash.

Great Customer Service

My Skinny Up product was misplaced and did not arrive in my mail as indicated by the Post Office. Notifications were sent, and the post office "said" it had been delivered...... but it did not appear. So, I had to contact Skinny Up and ask them what to do. They were so kind, and sent out another set for me, free of charge. I watched the mailbox like a hawk! It arrived right on time as indicated by email and tracking device. I have lost 15lbs. so far, and I am feeling and looking much better. Many of my clothes in my closet fit once again, and I am really pleased. I am currently on the Retrain Phase and have stayed within 2lbs. of my end weight. The diet is not easy by any means, but it does produce results. My husband even decided to get on board and has started his Reduce Phase to lose some added weight he put on after breaking his leg last year. We are both coaching and encouraging each other and it is working! Thanks so much for helping us become happier, healthier and skinnier!

Hi, The reason why I am giving you three stars is the reduced potency. As I mentioned in previous reviews I feel the product lacks potency. I have tried other products and their products did reduce my cravings. The Skinnyup products did assist in my weight loss however, I feel most of the weight loss is due to my ability to stick to the diet plan. I would recommend this product to people who have seriously dieted in the past and know how to make real sacrifices. Thank you,

I am on my 4th day of Skinny Up! and I have to tell you that they really do work. The food plan is easy and if you follow the guidelines, you will see the results! I’m down almost 9 lbs in 4 days and I have more energy and feel satisfied hunger-wise. Eating clean has been a game changer. This program is the only thing that has put a dent into my menopause weight gain. I will continue to order as many times as needed until I reach my goal of losing 25 lbs!

The recipes should be included or at…

The recipes should be included or at least a digital book. The recipe book (looks like a thin pamflet) is like $15 and then you charge almost $10 for shipping! Im not happy about that. I know there are a few recipes on the website, but not many. And maybe you should provide a shopping list for the reduce protocol. Other products like this were less expensive and had online recipes and a great shopping list for foods to buy to help you on your journey. I have lost 6 lbs in 6 days though but im bored of the food since it feels like 90 % of the veg is leafy greens. I feel like its green salads with protien and no dressing.
