Unprofessional, merchandise with faulty zippers…a “don’t give a shit” attitude from them, only customer care is to send ads to sell, no follow up, fake information regarding “have to lower prices due to no more room in warehouse”…. We would have carried the merchandise in our steampunk, goth shop, but we didn’t feel comfortable dealing with a misleading company. We are in multiple states so we will be only dealing with reputable companies!

I have 2 purses. The reason I have 2 now is that I ordered the small. When it came, it seems smaller than the dimensions on site. I wanted to return, but was talked into ordering the medium at a very discounted price instead of paying to return the small one. The medium is extremely too big for me. On both of these I paid for the top grain leather that's supposed to be buttery soft. They are not buttery soft at all. In fact the are very hard/fake feeling. The handles are buttery soft. I see others commenting on how soft they are. I feel like I didn't get what I paid for! I would not recommend to anyone else unless they want a hard sided purse!
I highly recommend Skullette! The bags and wallets are beautiful, indeed. Moreover, you are welcomed into a coven, treated with respect and dignity. And did I mention the exquisite designs?!

I cannot be more pleased with my latest purchase...the small Nightrosary satchel. It's even prettier than on the website. The colors are brighter, the skulls more detailed. When I opened it (packed perfectly, I might add), I pranced around the house with it like Little Red Riding Hood. I got the matching wallet as well to complete the look.
The quality of the vegan leather is tremendous. You cannot tell the difference between it and regular leather. It even smells the same!! Everything is sewn perfectly. Not a missed stitch to be seen.
Not only is the bag amazing, I have to rave about the customer service. Skullette was with me from beginning to end...letting me know the order was received, when it was shipped, and when it arrived. I am so impressed with how friendly and polite the associates are. Emails were answered promptly and personally...no bots ever. All of my questions were addressed in a timely manner.
All in all, my Nightrosary bag, and all of my others, are incredible. The service is top notch, and I can't wait to go shopping again 😁💜 .
