Rene, We do our absolute best to ensure that nothing is hidden within our offers. It would be near impossible to display each day or week independently during an auction. I see you choose a St. Martin Hotel that even with the fees still saved you over 70% of it's normal cost on other sites. You have to admit that is impressive savings!
Good variety of resorts for auction. However some of them are very old and outdated. There should be reviews from actual travellers not owners
I have used SkyAuction many times and it never ceases to deliver. I have referred and recommended the site to many people around the world. The latest trip to Costa Rica was 66% less than the regular resort booking fee and was spectacular! Thank you.
It was a great deal in Orlando.,3 bedroom Condo very clean and beautiful grounds. Couldn’t of been happier with our experience. Highly recommend Sky Auction the process was easy.

I used to buy the $249 week vouchers that were good for 2 years at over 3000 resorts...not any more...the new program is too restrictive and represents poorer value.
Hi Don, We used to be able to sell them for a lot lower, but times change and our suppliers prices go up. I don't think $299 is too much to ask for a week long vacation rental and it still represents exceptional value. I too sometime yearn for the old days when prices were lower but I still feel like our prices are pretty good!
I signed up to this site because it said I could bid on flights. However this does not appear to be the case. When you try to book a flight it takes you to Flighthub or Cheapair and there is no option for making a bid a flight.
Poor customer service, lots of fees and hidden charges. I use to use Sky Auction but it seems lately, they are not responsive once you purchase only prior to purchase will you receive a response from them. It also seems they only have vacation options for resorts that are not doing well in which people are not frequenting and that usually means there are issues. I purchased an Auction and did the pay now travel later because I didn’t have exact travel dates when I won. In this case you pay for 2 days upfront and have a book by date. If you don’t book by the date you loose the Auction. On my book by date I submitted my dates only to learn the next day it hadn’t been processed and my auction was converted to expired. I sent requests to customer service and received the automated response. I have never heard back and they have not refunded my deposit or even discussed with me. Sorry to say my relationship with them is ending. I will never purchase from them again. They have turned into scammers.

I have used SkyAuction for several cruises and hotel stays and have been very pleased. I will continue to enthusiastically scan the choices available to find those that fit my travel plans. SkyAuction is a real find .
Due to a hurricane, we needed to change our reservation. We paid for the insurance that allows this. SkyAuction said we missed the deadline and would not allow us to change dates or give a refund. This is the last time I will deal with SkyAuction.
Hi Douglas, I have reviewed your file and while we always do whatever we can to assist our customers, particularly in times of emergency, we could not accommodate a cancellation less than 24 hours prior to your arrival. Since this hurricane did not effect the region we have to rely on our ability to work with the resort for changes and refunds, when customers attempt to change outside of our Flex Change coverage. The resort was open, air service was NOT affected and local businesses and attractions were fully operation during this entire period. With that being the case we had no hope to arrange a change with the resort or a refund of any kind. We fight for our customers to be treated fairly each and everyday. We really can't argue if people want to cancel outside of our insurance offering during times of normal operation.
Everything went as planned, the hotel even combined my two reservations from skyauction so we didn't have to change room. No issues and great deal. Helpful responses from sky auctions team when I emailed questions.
My SkyAuction online bid went well! I read all the fine print and I won my 4 star vacation rental I wanted with no surprises (Aug 2019).. I did have a couple of questions and Customer Service agents helped answer them. Everything went smoothly for me! I even managed to get a free room upgrade! Thanks for that! The only thing I wish is that they put a phone number on their website, I did get a contact number only after I won my auction but other than that, my whole experience with SkyAuction was great!!
Skyauction has been more than good to us with specials cruise pricings they have sent us. We have taken 5 cruises with the specials and we really really appreciate all they have done. Thank you Skyauction

I have to be honest, I was skeptical about using the site, but I have to let you know everything went perfectly. I won an ending soon auction. I made the reservation for my vacation about 5 months out after winning the auction. I had a great time by the way.
Very unforgettable journey, cruise sailing stability, staff warmly friendly thoughtful, food delicious. If the port of the head can be more prosperous.

I purchased a two-bedroom Resort package at Summer Bay Resort in Orlando Florida. They had trouble finding the reservation because it was under someone else's name not mine, although when I had spoken to the resort directly they assured me by the time I arrived the reservation would be in my name. So, it took them approximately 20 minutes to figure it all out but we finally were able to check in. The resort and room was great quality and perfect for our family of three. The pictures and the description of the resort were accurate and we enjoyed our stay!
