The staff in the office bamely the lady who oics up the call is very rude...i asked about my deluver and she said let me chwith the druver and i was still talking and she deoped the phine in my eat..such rudness this is...i will not revime t these people...look at all the bad reviews they get..
It is a untrusted company . When we call they decide to answer and hang the phone . Booked a pickup online and nobody connected. Its 2 days now

Not deserve even 1 star. The most lousiest courier. It seems like their motto is *we don't like to deliver. we like to drive around with your package*.
I have been calling weekly for 2 months and they still have not delivered my parcel. Every week they tell me it will be delivered this week but im still waiting.

This company not even deserve 1 star ratings, Out of 8 shipments they delivered 5 shipments and rest 3 were misplaced by them... And the customer support is pathetic and these people are cons, their business model is like 70-30 shipments in which 30% shipments they were showing lost and get the profit from there, I am complaining about this company to regulatory department for prompt action on this.. also those who face similar problem can complain to Cyber Cell for their activities, so they will be removed from search engines....

Worse customer service ever. Non trained staff, my order is over 10 days in delivery, hanging into customs, writing them hundreds of times to receive information and taking decision, no one respond to calls from customer service, not a lot of response on business whatsapp either. No such other experience with any other company in the world. Rate not 1 star, rarher -minus 100 stars
Very bad service. They said my documents will be delivered in 4 days but it took more than 18 days. Only to be delivered after the deadline.
Hello, I am inquiring why you guys are unable to deliver my item. Surely, you want me to complain for how long I have called your several times, and your promise is only one i.e., you are going to help me. I have waited and waited, begged and begged and you have opted not to help me. Unless, you are nolonger interested in delivering the item, then let me know and I cancel the order.

Amazing delivery Before this shipment I use TCS that was awesome. I asked my friend to send my docs through TCS but he went with Skynet and he sent me receipt when I see the Skynet. After an hour I just google the reviews so almost all were negative and I keep calling my friend to cancel the delivery but he did not cancel and even didn't pick my call. I didn't able to sleep and keep reading negative reviews on every website, Facebook page fortunately I get my parcel before time estimate delivery time was 11th Dec Sunday, but I got on Friday 9th. Note: the parcel was from Karachi, Pakistan to Sharjah UAE
Bad company , bad service , there is no credebility , i called them everyday for my shipment and they said tomorrow u will receive , everyday same answer and didnt receive , the employee hangs the phone , no respect at all , i do not recomend dealing with sky net , Bad services

In 2018, Skynet lost my item. Item total lost (I’ve fully paid for the item and delivery fee!!!!!) Customer service initially say will refund, but after 3 months of attempt to follow up with SKYNET. They decided to GHOST me and not reply to my email, call center is useless. Fast forward to 2022, I realise their company has unscrupulous practice. My Lazada order delivery status was “recipient rescheduled” and hence unsuccessful delivery. I DIDNT RESCHEDULE and have been at home the whole time and successfully received another parcel from other courier. Please stop lying to your customer
I've used their service consistently for shipments and they almost always deliver, but their delivery times are so late into the evening. You're constantly on edge waiting to see if the shipment will actually arrive during the day or be delayed to another day. Their drivers are generally ok, but also inconsistent. The delivery driver I'm familiar only notifies you of the delivery sometimes, but is generally friendly.
Still counting days for my parcel to be delivered. Already 1 week stuck in domestic neighbourhood skynet without any movement.
Worse Logistic ever . Instead of going to the Philippines, they send my documents to Lebanon which causes me delay for my daughters flight to UAE as tourist , Very bad experience from this courier.
