Working with this company was great, it was the mask itself. I have used sleepweaver masks for years, this is the 1st time getting this one. Would not recommend it as it leaks & the clasps don't stay attached so the side straps keeping coming apart. For what I paid, very disappointed

Hi Sharon - I'm happy to hear you had a good experience working with our company. Not too sure what might be going on with that mask. If you used another one that worked well for you, we highly recommend that you stay with that (although, we understand the desire to try new things).

I'm happy with the products from SleepDirect. Service is fast. Prices are mostly reasonable. I do think , when I order the SoClean water chamber for the AirSense10, I should get the water chamber and lid with the appropreate tubes etc. I only order it once a year, just to be safe. It should be ordered as a set and individual parts. I will continue to use this site and reccomend to others. Betty
