Everyone i have interacted with has been awesome. I even got a $1500 price adjustment after the bed we purchased went on sale right after we got it delivered. Great service!
We got our king bed in August 27 2019 and have been sleeping like we are sleeping on clouds and waking up with no aches and pains since getting our bed
Better hope there is not an issue with your bed. It takes a month for a technician to come out. Sleeping on a broken bed isn't fun. Customer service promised me a call back and didn't follow through either.
I’m loving the great restful sleep and love our incline option.
Love the bed and the customer service was incrdible.
Long-time Sleep Number user. Happy with the first bed purchased decades ago (5000 series). Still in primary use today. Purchased an additional Sleep Number S3 bed ~5 years ago for guest/second bedroom use. It was hardly used and now having total air loss on one side. Noticed it when cleaning. Could have been that way from some time as bed was not used much. Troubleshot according to their recommendations. Air chambers are fine and sealed. Not leaking when capped. The pump is clearly malfunctioning causing air to leak out of one side of bed. I took a short 1min video and shared with customer service via chat help. Spoke with rep 'Aqua' who told me that I would need to order a new pump and pay ~$360. I stated the bed was fairly new, barely used, and pump was a lemon. Then asked to send a new pump at no cost. They refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Aqua said that she set up a time for a supervisor to call me at noon the next day. Never happened. I ended up having to call them myself. When I finally reach someone -- there was NO RECORD of any chat. Had to start story from scratch all over again. Just awful customer service. I then requested a supervisor and got 'Donald'. I said I saved the chat and offered to email it to him to quickly bring him up to speed. He did not care. I had to start the story all over again from the beginning. Donald was interruptive, unempathetic, and rude. Did not even care that I already troubleshot and took a video to show problem source. Did not want to see my perspective. About as soulless as a human could be. Just stuck to a tough luck attitude. He said he was sending me some caps then he hung up -- even though the conversation was not over. Recommendation: Never buy a Sleep Number bed. They are not what they were and could care less about quality, backing the product, or you as a customer.
I purchased the sleep number bed 2 years ago I tried to return it but went a month over the time I could return it so I just endured the bed with the issues. Now the bed no longer holds air on one side so I paid a190.00 fee for the man to come for literally 5 minutes to say it needs a new bladder. I called the customer service to ask how long will it take for them to fix it since I've literally been sleeping on the couch and the man told me I have to pay an additional 190.00. So I said no that's not right can I speak to a supervisor and he hung up on me. So I called back got on with a supervisor the 190.00 was not a thin g but had to pay over 200.00 dollars for parts since our warranty dropped by 40 percent in 2 years. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would never recommend this bed to anyone because at the end of the day it turns out it's just a 3000.00 dollar air mattress. And their warranty is a joke.
I love this bed and I’ve never slept better!
I’ve had my Sleep Number bed for 3 1/2 years and I love it😍 I also bought the adjustable base and it has helped me a lot especially when I’m congested. I could elevate my head. It took me a little while to get adjusted and find my number in the beginning, but there’s so much with the app and Research and I just get very excited when I get the info early in the morning when I wake up to better my sleep pattern🙌🏼
Super easy to order and best customer service
Had a good sleep the first night, since I am a side sleeper it’s a little harder if you lift the front of the bed up so I only lifted the the back and was comfortable
I love my sleep number bed and recommend to all of my patients, family & friends.
From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. The store manager listened, helped us learn, and guided us toward the best product. We are very happy with our purchase!
I am writing to formally escalate a deeply disappointing experience I had with Sleep Number, beginning with my in store visit on April 29th and continuing through multiple customer service interactions. I entered your store with a clear and informed intent: to purchase the i8 mattress. This is not a casual purchase for me I have spent over a year and a half researching this specific model while undergoing cancer treatment, with the goal of finally investing in a bed that would support my recovery and comfort. At the store, I explicitly communicated that the i8 was my desired purchase. The sales representative informed me that the i8 had been discontinued and was not available in store, but stated that it could still be ordered. More importantly, he repeatedly assured me that delivery would occur around May 13–14. This timeline was not a minor detail it was the deciding factor in my purchase. I communicated that I had alternative options available to me, including immediate delivery from a competitor, but chose Sleep Number based on these representations. After trying multiple beds, I was steered into purchasing a lower-tier model due to the claim that the i8 was effectively off the table in store. Only after payment was collected did the representative disclose that the actual delivery timeline was mid-June nearly a 45-day delay from what was promised. This is not a minor oversight. This is a material misrepresentation that directly influenced my purchasing decision. When I attempted to resolve this issue through customer service the following day, the experience further deteriorated. The first representative I encountered was dismissive, argumentative, and unwilling to take ownership of the situation. I was forced to escalate internally just to receive minimal assistance. While the delivery date was slightly improved, it still failed to meet the original commitment that closed the sale. To correct the situation myself, I ultimately proceeded with purchasing the i8 at an additional cost of $800 only to receive a marginal improvement in delivery timing. At no point did anyone take meaningful accountability or offer a solution proportional to the inconvenience, misinformation, and overall customer impact. Let me be clear: I was misled at the point of sale My decision was made based on inaccurate and repeated delivery assurances I experienced dismissive customer service I incurred additional cost to secure the product I initially requested I am still not receiving the delivery timeline originally promised Given the circumstances, I believe more could have been done to make this right. Whether that was honoring the originally quoted delivery timeline, offering compensation, or providing a goodwill gesture (such as accessories), I expected a higher level of care especially after sharing my personal situation and the importance of this purchase. Instead, I walked away feeling like the customer did not matter. After everything from cancer treatment to taking the time and energy to shop in person this experience left a lasting negative impression. Jeff was personable but... There’s a concept called “Give Them the Pickle” it’s about going the extra mile for the customer because word of mouth and reviews matter. Right now, my experience does not reflect that philosophy. All I wanted was the i8 bed, delivered by the date I was promised. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work toward better alignment between your sales process, communication, and customer care. I am requesting immediate review and resolution at a corporate level. At a minimum, I expect: Accountability for the misinformation provided during the sales process A meaningful service recovery that reflects the time, cost, and experience impact Clear communication on what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to other customers
I have had a sleep number bed since 2006. I absolutely love them
Horrible customer support. A ten thousand dollar bed, and I have to pay $300 when the pump dies. If this were a $2000 bed, I could understand. When we purchased the bed, the store really talked up the long warranty, but they don't tell you it's only for two years, then money starts coming out of your pocket. If an air chamber goes out, I might as well trash the bed and buy a regular mattress. I've recommended Sleep Number to so many family and friends, but no more. Now that I look, I see so many complaints online about your poor customer service. Now I'll be among them telling people not to trust your product. Great mattress as long as you don't need support. So disappointed.
The salespeople made it easy for me to pick out our next Sleep Number bed. We had our first Sleep Number bed in 20 years. We still loved it and got a great night's sleep in it. We decided to get a new flex top bed after my husband's bad car accident. While he was still recovering in a rehab facility, I went to the Sleep Number store, and Randy was a big help in finding our next bed.
My initial experience in my store with salesperson Linda was great. She was patient and answered all of my questions. I've had my sleep number bed for about a year. I like the ability to change the firmness on the bed as needed giving me consistent good nights. I also love their sweepstakes. I've won some good quality blankets. I would recommend their products.
