I love sleeping on my sleep number. I have split Cali king which has its pros and cons #1 Pro: separate control #1 Con: not family friendly for when everyone wants to pile up in your bed

Adjustability that we needed

Tried all of the other mattresses, but really like the ability to have separate settings and the technology. Store personnel were not pushy, just the right level of support during our vetting process.

The new sleep number bed has been amazing. My wife and I have both had the best couple weeks of sleep we’ve had in a long time.

Why no single chamber for Queen mattress?

I bought a Sleep Number mattress 20 years ago and loved it - until it began leaking. I wanted one just like my previous one, but that was obviously not possible. I ended up choosing a ComfortMode Lux Queen mattress, but I must admit that I was shocked to learn that it was not available with a single air chamber. I now must alter two chambers if I need to adjust the mattress, and there IS a middle point in the mattress that is not as comfortable. I am not thrilled with that. My salesperson was great though.

There is no better bed than a sleep number, you can change it from really soft to really firm in a matter of minutes, you can tilt your head up or raise your feet or both, and you can even vibrate if you wish, best night sleep you will ever get, Ive had my since 2019 Amen

So I have a split king and one mattress is completely deflating never holds the air. The other side is fine. We know it’s some kind of leak with the interior “mattress” as we used troubleshooting but there’s been zero help since .

Purchased two beds at the same time 2…

Purchased two beds at the same time 2 years ago. One for me and one for my father in law. During the purchase, the sleep number store set us up under one account and neglected to inform us at the time that by setting everything up under one account, we would never be able to separate the beds and still have use of all features. My father in law is moving and wants to have his own account where we can't see his personal sleep info and he can't see ours. Yesterday, Sleep Number customer service told us that they could separate his account if I get his email address and new mailing address. Today, I called them with this info and now they are telling me that they cannot separate him from our account. He can use the app without logging into it but will no longer have access to several Sleep IQ features that were reasons we purchased the beds in the first place. I blame the store for not informing us of a potential future issue and had they informed us of any potential issues, we would have insisted that they create separate accounts for him and I. I also blame Sleep Number customer service for first misleading me, and second for not agreeing to help given the situation and how we got here. Complete lack of help

I recently purchased this pillow and have been very pleased with it. It is soft, comfortable, and provides great support for my head and neck. Since using it, I have been sleeping more comfortably and waking up feeling well-rested. The pillow keeps its shape throughout the night and feels high quality. I love my sleep number

I love my sleep number. However, I believe the company should stand behind their products better than they do when there's a problem. When I've had an issue all I get is them telling me I'm going to have to spend a lot more money to buy or add something new to my bed by one person then the other person tells me that I don't need to pay that amount of money and that I don't need to add certain things to the bed. It's very confusing and very frustrating especially with the amount of money I paid for this bed.

Good adjustable bed

We are on our second Sleep Number bed. The first was a base model and was a good option. We upgraded to a split king for the second bed, given the different sleep preferences. It has proved a nice, if somewhat costly upgrade.
