The Sleep Number bed we have is a life saver! Love it!
The bed has more features than they talk about in the store. I especially like when I get out of bed. The light comes on underneath until I get back in the bed this way I don’t crush the dogs when I lay back down lol
One of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I love my sleep number.
The rewards are a great perk. I am loyal to the company and love the beds. I will be a lifelong customer. Had a great in store experience today.
My time with Dave at your Marysville store was a real pleasure. He is very knowledgeable and personable. My experience buying my new bed was made easy with all his help. Thank you Dave
Our sleep number bed has literally changed our lives. We no longer wake up with aches and pains and we can customize our sleep that fits us individually. On top of that, the sleep number pillow has been a game changer and we’ve always had the best customer service from the folks there. Obsessed with these products!
Great customer service, sales team takes the time to detail all their options to best suit the customer's needs, and professionalism throughout the entire purchasing process.
We bought a ConfortNext Ultra in a split king about a month ago. I had been suffering with back pain and wanted a supportive mattress. The SN bed has been great. I love the ability to adjust my side of the bed independently. Giving it four stars instead of five due to issues with the app and incorrect readings. Otherwise I’m very happy with the purchase.
We love our sleep number bed. That fact I stay cool all night and we both are able to adjust our own side is awesome!
I love our bed and pillows. However, after two years the foam on my side of the bed broke down and they said I would have to pay over 200. To get it fixed. My bed is leaning on that side. My husband is twice maybe three times bigger than me and his is fine. I feel it’s a faulty foam. So read the fine print on lifetime warranty. If I felt it was due to me, I would pay it.
Easy to work with, fast delivery. Happy with product!!
Great experience we purchased our bed and furniture and sheets together and love them all
I purchased my bed and flex adjustable frame 4 years ago. It was delivered from Idaho and setup by the delivery. The guy was cocky and I was happy to see him go. But for the last 4 years I a have loved my bed. The last month I have a trench down the middle of the Queen size bed. I am the only person who has ever been in this bed. I just had a chat with CS online. He informed me I needed to unzip my mattress and basically diagnose the issue. How am I suppose to look inside a mattress and diagnose what is defective? There is a trench. I roll into the trench at night. It is visibly noticeable. I paid over $3,000 less than 5 years ago. Then he starts quoting the warranty, the 15 years warranty. Limited. Warranty reduces yearly. I asked if they had a picture of what I was supposed to see when I unzipped my mattress so I could diagnose the problem. Compressed foam or slipped rails etc. SN obviously doesn’t stand behind their product. The rep didn’t offer to have a technician come out and check it. He just got obviously annoyed with me for not being confident in my ability to figure out the problem myself. By the way I told him I am 78 years old and not comfortable digging into my mattress and making repairs. He ended the chat after a good amount of time assuring me there was an issue and a replacement could fix it. If he could have sent me a photo or offered a technician I would have paid for it. But he ended it and told me to call the 800 number. I would never recommend SLN to anyone. They have great CS selling the bed. From then on it is the luck of the draw! Hope you SN new purchasers have a better experience.
My wife and I purchased a Flextop King 360 Smartbed following my injury in 2019 for $6,953.95. We've used the mattress for 7 years and discovered that the air chamber was leaking air on the right side of the bed. We called Sleep Number and they dispatched a technician in about a week. He and his helper disengaged the mattress from the base. The flipped it over, unzipped the mattress and examined the air chambers. They discovered that the glue surrounding the valve step had deteriorated and was leaking. He informed us that this was a common problem that had been fixed for the same mattresses subsequently sold after ours. We then called Sleep Number parts to order both the air chambers and the surrounding foam insert w, which had been broken down because of the defective air chamber. The cost for both parts was $553.70 (prorated). I'm amazed that Sleep Number charges for replacing defective parts that are deemed defective by their own technician. It is an obvious defect that should have been the impetus for a recall of mattresses that were sold prior to the defect. This type of failure is not the result of wear but the result of the factory using defective glue surrounding the valve stem. Customers should not be expected to pay a prorated wear on a mattress that is the direct result of faulty materials or workmanship, I do not recommend the purchase of any of their mattresses based on a prorated warranty that has defective materials and/or faulty assembly.
I bought a very comfortable bed in which I wakeup with much less pain each day. In fact if I switch for 1 to 2 nights on an old bed or a bed on vacation I wake up with pain. I would highly recommend a sleep nunber bed for people that wake up with aches and pains in their back, shoulders, legs and joints. Customer service was very good and their delivery was a very pleasant experience.
Got a new sleepnumber lux collection. Waited for a sale and purchased. Nice bed!
I really wanted to love my Sleep Number bed, but it’s been a letdown. The adjustable features are great, but my side arrived with a noticeable defect that made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Customer service was polite but slow to address my issue. For the price I paid, I expected better quality. It’s just disappointing overall.
Crystal at the Greensboro, North Carolina store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! She took her time with us and gave us what we wanted and needed! Great job Crystal!! ❤️
First I want to say the staff at the Port Orange, Florida were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and helped us pick out the right bed for us. We love our split king bed. We can adjust the firmness level separately and we are getting a better nights sleep. The guys who delivered and set up our new bed were awesome as well.
The bed we purchased has been excellent investment. We haven't had any issues, customer service is excellent and after 13 years we're still happy with what we purchased.
