I purchased a queen comfort/Next Lux mattress which is great upgrade from the older Sleep Number I had been sleeping on for over 15 years. The staff at the store were very friendly and helpful. Delivery and set up was quick.
Love our new sleep number, sleep better and have less morning aches
I love the travel pillow. I travel lots. Business purposes. But this pillow slows me to rest and eliminate neck pain and headaches. It stays very cool in temperature. I love this about this travel pillow.

Bed was delivered incorrectly and mattress protector was on backorder .sleep number did correct everything .we got aggravated and just cancelled mattress protector.the bed is great .just the purchasing and delivery could have went better and sales guy could of let us know the protector was on back order. My wife spent a few hours on the phone getting all the issues resolved
We bought a "Smart" bed with adjustable head positions three years ago and it has been Nothing But Trouble. We have repeatedly gotten a 1130 error message, which has to do with electric current. However, as I explained to the SN rep, the bed has its own outlet, in a new addition with new electric outlets. This last phone call, instead of producing a factory reset, which in the past only lasted for one use of the remote, I was told that, Oops, your motor isn't working and we have to buy a new one (the bed has only a 1 yr warranty). BUYER BEWARE on these beds, they are not worth the money.
Great mattress and amazing customer service
I have never had a problem ever interacting with Sleep Number, I called today as I was having connectivity problems, first guy hung up on me after 30 seconds, the second lady was getting frustrated with me due to me stumbling over my words. Trying to gather my thoughts and words, I said, ‘hold please’ and she was so upset with me, and frustrated, I recommended she put me with someone else who could be more patient with me. I then hung up.
The staff were excellent and explained to me the difference between all the matress offerings. Then I tested all the matresses for almost 2 hours to decide if I like any of them without any sales pressure. I am extremely satisfied with the experience and the mattress I purchased.
I've never owned a Sleep Number bed. Ours was delivered yesterday, and I was completely shocked how much better I felt when I woke up this morning. Amazing! And I love how the app shows you the sleep patterns.
Sleep Number has helped me to get better sleep. Due to physical issues I have it is nice to be able to adjust the bed for whatever my needs may be at any given time.

Sleep Number is a no pressure shopping experience and when I had a warranty issue, it was corrected very quickly. The range of pillows they offer is also great.
So far so good. Have had a few back aches but I think that might be normal. The people at my sleep number store have been most helpful.
