I had an issue with my order since I received the wrong product, but you guys took action right the way and my order arrived couple days after. Thanks for everything! My bunnies only eat your Timothy hay 3rd cutting. I tried so many different types and brands, but they only eat the hay from your company. I really appreciate your hard work. You guys are awesome!!!

Awesome customer service
They are always very great with customer service, whether it was solving an issue or needing to cancel an order. The hay is top notch, and it’s priced well given the quality. They also have many different ways to be reminded of auto ship orders, or to have them processed immediately, such as text messages. It’s very convenient. Overall I strongly recommend them.

I love getting texts before my auto ship will be going through to clarify my order and make changes!! The app is so easy to use. There are no secrets or BS with this company. No surprise charges you werent aware of or forgot about. For that, I find myself ordering from them again and again. Always quality products and excellent customer service.
