Amazing service and a warm personal style of business❤️
I (and my partner) am so impressed with small pet select! I needed a brush for my bunny and saw the price was comparable here to Amazon. I like to support small businesses so I ordered from here and was even able to find a little discount code. Not only did we get our brush in great time, our package was clearly delicately and thoughtfully wrapped and shipped, with our bun’s name handwritten on the box in capital letters, a hand written note, and a bag of treats for him for free. I’m so happy I went with small pet select instead of Amazon. I will be back!
Deeply Touched by the Service Received!!
I was deeply touched by the personalized slate you made for my guinea pig, Sakura, and the extra gifts you included with the timothy hay. It was so unexpected and such a kind gesture that it touched my heart and I am very thankful and appreciate your business going well above-and-beyond. I'm also stunned at how quickly my order arrived and how many updates I received on the status of the transit. 5/5 stars! Thank you!!!!
Shipped nicely and quickly and my rabbit loves it!
Shipped nicely and quickly. My rabbit literally grabbed the box and drug it into her castle. She loves it! She is a very picky rabbit- so bought the 3 pack. I started with the flower. I hope she enjoys the other 2, but the flower is definitely a hit.
From the personal notes you took time to write us a note about Glenn Coco's name and you did it with precise care and perfection!! Thank you, Jacob!!
From the personal notes, to the quality of hay, and with the amazing surprise free gifts. Priceless. Nothing will keep us from continuing to use Small Pet Select for all of our sweet family member's (rabbit) feeding, grooming, playing, living, etc. Top notch customer service and care. You know how much bun fams love their buns!!! And it's appreciate!!

My bunny got fleas fr/ our 2 kittens,& she was suffering- scratching her hair off her ears, etc. Treated the cats and gave the rabbit 2 different flea baths w/ kitten flea shampoo,& after she was dry, applied Small Pet Select Flea and Tick. Applied a second dose the next day,& she seems to be scratching less. Now that the cats are medicated, i think think the house is cleared.
