The service was amazing to say the least. Difficulty happened late Sunday evening and I put in my query in the hope of having an answer the following day - but sure enough the answer came barely five minutes after my input and advice on how to solve it. I was even sent a free set of ink cartridges just in case the problem was not solved which were delivered in under four days. Excellent service.
Purchased HP953XL compatible cartridges…
Purchased HP953XL compatible cartridges when they were on offer but when I came to use them, HP printer wouldn’t accept. I scanned the code in the box, a chat opened in WhatsApp, I explained and provided the order number and they confirmed they would issue replacements under the warranty. Less than 24 hours later, a new set of cartridges have arrived, I’ve installed and they’re working perfectly. Amazing service!

I have bought these cartridges before…
I have bought these cartridges before for HP printer and they worked well . This set didn’t but contacted company via WhatsApp and service was excellent didn’t fix my problem but sent another set out so hopefully they will work
Super helpful with replacement cartridges
Super helpful when the cartridges supplied did not work. Was guided through the process to change the firmware but products still did not work so they very quickly sent me replacements with latest chips and now all working fine. I wish all customer service was as good as this..you guys are super efficient!

Great service over chip issue…
Had a problem with the chip on my cartridges, contacted through the chat function and the issue was resolved very quickly and helpfully...really impressed all round.

Responding time and problems solving…my experience with smart ink awesome.
Responding time and problems solving time was awesome. Ink replacements came on time customer service is good. From now on I will always use smart ink for all my work. Because smart ink is reliable and I can trust smart ink.

Good quality, good price, perfect service!
Good quality ink for a very good price! After my printer software blocked the cartridges for not being original HP, the support answered within seconds and guided me through downgrading the firmware to remove the newest blocks, which was done in only a few clicks. After that, everything worked perfectly! Alternately, they would also send new, unblocked cartridges with the newest chips. Thanks for the quick support and the good work, nobody needs to buy expensive original HP cartridges anymore!

Helpful and resolutive
The ink was not working properly and I have contacted the Helpdesk. They were super helpful and send me ink replacements once they tried some options to solve my issues. Highly recommended.

Very good material and service
Very good material. But HP tries to cheat by continously 'updating' their printer to hinder the use of alternative inks. The printer was blocked. This is against the law. With Smart Ink, there is a solution! If you buy the ink cartridge from smart ink, there is a phone number for trouble shooting. I called it and immediately a friendly lady supported to solve the problem. She send me a mail with a link. Opening the link, the printer needed to be selected. Then the programme 'resetted' the printer and after app. 7 minutes the printer was properly calibrating and printing! Thanks for the great and quick service.
