I had a problem with a new yellow cartridge on my HP OfficeJet Pro 8725 (the chip gave an error). I sent a warranty claim email to SmartInk Customer Support and I received an answer immediately from Andrew! He sent a new cartridge set really fast, and I got the package the very next day! Super, perfect, fast, and simple customer service!

Excellent technical support
Excellent technical support with SmartInk cartridges. One of my cartridges became faulty and wouldn't work. Following several checks and cleaning via 'chat' support SmartInk replaced all the cartridges for free - no issues. Can't fault that!

Had an issue with a replacement ink cartridge kept giving error message on printer, contacted support team at Smart Ink and spoke to Andrew he knew exactly what the issue was and sent out a full replacement set of cartridges, replacement cartridges arrived the following day all okay

Bought a set of ink
Bought a set of ink, the printer did not recognise the software, rang customer service, sent a link to downgrade, did not work. Smart Ink sent a replacement, receives next day, without charge. Works perfectly. Would recommend for HP Officejet Pro 8715. Would buy again.

HP Printer 6950 had stopped working
HP Printer had stopped working as we were using Smart Ink Cartridges (which had never been an issue before)
Called Smart Ink Customer services - they answered immediately. A downloadable printer fix was emailed through. I was a bit dubious about downloading a file from an external source to my PC, so checked other peoples reviews first to ensure it was legit.
Downloaded this morning and problem solved 😊
Surprisingly (because most often its a struggle these days to get to speak to anyone!) excellent customer service!
