I've been looking for a cheaper alternative to aligners for a while that gives me the same results without breaking the bank, Smile Perfect is it! Mike has kept me up to date throughout the entire process and I can't wait to receive my aligners.
So far the experience has been great and the customer service has been awesome. Any questions have been answered and received a reply really quickly

2-3 stars | Updated 8/6/2026 Update: I have now received all items from my original paid order - 2 out of 4 retainers and I’m on aligner 8 of treatment. The product itself: The aligners are smooth and comfortable. I previously did Smile Direct and these were much better on my mouth with no cuts. I don’t have much improvement yet, with 5 aligners left, so I’ll update later on results. Price is very affordable. The customer service: This is where it fell apart. There were major delays and setbacks. My portal has never updated beyond my original photos. There’s no way to upload progress photos and no way to get help except by email, so you have to stay on top of them constantly or you get forgotten. Regarding the 2 "goodwill" extra retainers they offered: they were only provided if I removed/updated my review. I did update my review to reflect the current status for accuracy, but did not remove it, and they did not send the extra 2 retainers. Final thought: Only order if you have time to email them frequently to follow up. Do NOT change your review until you have everything you paid for in hand. The product is okay for the price, but the headache may make it worth looking elsewhere. I will continue to update on progress.

Super excited. I did the impression process and it was super easy. They are very responsive by email and communicate proactively about the whole process. I trust they will do a good job with my teeth.
At first, i was very skeptical to start this program. In the beginning (March '26), I did not see very much ) of my teeth. But after my fifth aligner, i started to see progress. By the eighth aligner (Aug '26), I saw a lot of change. I contacted the company to see if I could continue my treatment. To my delight, the answer was yes! I am excited to see my results!
Smile Perfect has been very quick and easy to order. They sent me a preview of the treatment and how it’s going to look at the end. If you don’t like it you can make changes with them or simply approve it! Their communication is excellent and prompt. I love this company!
So far so good, I was a bit sketchy about signing up! But been reassured and communicating very well, my aligners are being made and I’m happy with the plan they have given me, they’ve also answered all my questions and concerns! Mike who is looking after me has great communication and made everything clear! I can’t wait to get my aligners!
English I wanted to share my experience with invisible aligners because, before starting my treatment, I also spent a lot of time researching and reading reviews to see if they were really worth it. I hope this review helps others who are in the same position I was. So far, my experience has been extremely positive. The aligners are working, I'm very happy with my progress, and I'm now about to start the second phase of my treatment with a new set of aligners. I would also like to highlight the excellent support I received from Sarah. She has always been incredibly helpful and available to answer any questions. Throughout the treatment, she checked in with me to make sure I didn't have any doubts or concerns. That level of care made me feel confident and well supported every step of the way. If you're researching before making a decision, just as I did, I can honestly say that, based on my experience, the treatment is working and has completely met my expectations. I am doing this treathment being in portugal. I will try to upload some photos of the before and after the trearhment.

I have yet to start the treatment as I am now waiting for the impressions. I have found that SmilePerfect has a great set up - I was assigned a “smile specialist” as soon as I signed up. Sarah is prompt in answering questions, even on weekends. Very happy with everything so far - and looking forward to starting the treatment.
Haven’t received yet but so far the progress has been easy and the moulds were fine to do. I would say it would be good to give a timeline in what the process is so at least you can plan for payment etc otherwise so far so good
Terrible service through the whole process. Offer a guarantee that if you’re not happy with the 3d images they will fully refund you - mine looked exactly the same as they do now. Still no refund over 6 weeks later and all emails now just ignored Klarna have not received any refund request - they then requested my bank details to now say they won’t refund directly on here but no correspondence to any of my emails to state this 🤷♀️

Your payment was made through Klarna, a third-party finance provider. However, it appears that Klarna is not accepting or processing the refund and is declining it on their end. Please contact Klarna directly to ask why they are refusing or unable to accept the refund. We cannot refund the amount directly to your personal bank account because the original payment was made through Klarna. We would need information from Klarna explaining why the refund is being declined before we can determine the next steps. Your case has not been ignored, and we have not refused your refund. We have taken the necessary action from our side, and we are simply waiting for Klarna to accept and process the refund. For this reason, we do not believe it is fair or accurate to describe the service as "terrible" when your refund has already been processed from our side and the remaining issue appears to be with the third-party finance provider. While I’ve not received my aligners yet, the customer service thus far has been wonderful! I’ve been working with one lady, Jessica, who has answered all my questions via email with a rapid response. I recently approved my 3D projection & I can’t wait to get started!
