Very smooth guided process, Jessica assigned tech/ assistant is very patient and well mannered assisting me throughout the process. I didn’t receive my retainers yet but judging by my experience so far I’m positive.

I had such a wonderful experience with Smile Perfect from beginning to end! Making the impression trays was much easier than I expected, and the directions were clear and easy to follow. Submitting my photos was simple, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Most importantly, I am so happy with my results. My smile looks amazing, and the quality exceeded my expectations. On top of that, you absolutely can’t beat the price. I am on my last tray now and i am really pleased with the results! I started with my front tooth petruding which although minor it was something that really bothered me and stuck out in photos. To have invisalign would have been 3k and for what was a minor adjustment it didnt seem worth it. A friend has used smile perfect and id seen how it worked for her so thought for the price i have nothing to loose and so glad i did as they are perfect now! The only issue was my top teeth were so straight that a slight misalignment on the bottom meant my bite is a bit off but mike is sorting that for me!

So happy with this process! It’s been quick and easy! As a stay at home mom it’s not easy to get out of the house to be able to go into an actual dentist office like most liners require so I’m definitely thankful for this opportunity! They’ve been so helpful along the way and made sure that my treatment plan worked for me! 10/10 recommend!

They are the cheapest (most misleading) on the market
They are the cheapest on the market, but their sales team are very misleading. 1. Told me no risk - which was a lie as at refund stages they charged me for the tests regardless of stating full refund. 2. Their sales team have little dental experience, i was sold their full set on the premise that they could fix an issue. This was not true and now im out of pocket. Where there's lower cost, the customer pays with poor service.

I just finished my treatment and felt I needed a little refinement. The company responded to my request quickly and sent my photos to the clinical team who reviewed my request. They quickly approved me for refinement, and are shipping my refinement treatment to me. This company’s great and the price is unbeatable!

I'm currently in the process of waiting for my aligners, but the process so far has been great. Mike has been a great help with good communication, everything went smoothly with my impressions and I have no complaints so far. Should receive my aligners within the next week or so, then ill be on my way to a nice smile.
