I’ve been ordering from Burgers for a few years. The ham hocks are the best for seasoning, country ham slices are absolutely delicious, I ordered a smoked ham for Easter & everyone raved over how good it was. I will continue to order ham from Burgers.

The ham was very tough

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review with us. We greatly appreciate any feedback, and will be looking forward to serving you again.
The Boneless Carver Ham is a muscle cut of meat, which can be a bit tougher than more traditional hams. If you're wanting a more tender boneless ham we'd recommend trying our traditional boneless city ham. It will likely serve your needs better.
We hope to provide you with a 5 star experience in the future!
We bought a half city ham for Easter. Superb. Waaay better than regularly available store brands. (The smoked Turkey we get from Burgers for Thanksgiving is outstanding too.)

At the time of request for ratings, I have still not received the products ordered. Maybe put more effort in shipping than asking for feedback.

Thank you for leaving a review with us. We appreciate any feedback, and look forward to getting your order to you.
Review invitations are sent a set duration after an order is placed so you have it available when you feel ready/interested in leaving a review. They do not expire, so you can hold onto the invitation until you've had a chance to enjoy the products if you'd prefer.
Your order was scheduled to ship on the next available Monday to avoid having the products stuck in a warehouse over a weekend, where they would not be kept cool while transit was paused. The order is expected to arrive on Wednesday the 8th.
We look forward to serving you again, and hope to provide you with a 5 star experience in the future!

Excellent City boneless city sliced ham!!!! This will be our “go to” going forward!! We’ve always done the half bone in city sliced but found this boneless city sliced ham to now be the be perfect fit for our family!! Everyone loved it and no waste or having to carve it Or get the last bites off of the bone!!
Great produt!!! The topping was a bit spicy for our family so I only put a pinch on it and then drizzled honey over the top. I had thawed it in the refrigerator for a couple of nights before and put it in a lined crockpot on low.. it fed our family of 11 people perfectly! However.. I was hoping for leftovers for my husband and I but it was so yummy there wasn’t any left!
Thanks for the great service and product!!! 5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🥳

From ordering to delivery was exceptionally easy. The ham was the first time ordering from Burger’s Smokehouse and undoubtedly was the best we have ever had. Everyone commented how delicious it was which I was delighted to hear. A bit pricy but worth every dollar. I would definitely continue to order from Burger’s Smokehouse and highly recommend it to all, you will not be disappointed.

I went online to look for a ham. Wasn't sure what size for my family and when it would be delivered and I reached out through the email and got a response immediately. Ordered it and it was there in a couple days. Couldn't ask for anything better.
