I received two Smooche foundations but only one works. The pump doesn’t work on one of them. Or maybe it’s empty. I don’t know. I like the product though.

It was easy to order the Smooche product directly from their official website. It was better value to order two foundations rather than one. My order arrived in good time and well packed. The pump bottle is an attractive salmon pink colour. A finger tip amount of foundation is enough for your whole face and spreads easily. The foundation does not cake into facial lines and creases and creates a smooth complexion.

The products that i bought for the first time ever
The products that i bought. And reversing color changing foundation, extreme limp plumper. And lip stains work wonderfully. The foundation goes on smooth and stays on all day. It doesn't feel cakey or cloying. While the lip pumping serum starts working immediately to plump your lips with a warm tingling sensation. I love the lip stains. I just wished they peeled off easier.

I have very fair skin, it didn't match
I have very fair skin, but had high hopes of it matching my colouring but it stayed white.
Applied another layer turned a pinky shade of white. Nowhere near my skin colouring. Very disappointed. Perhaps if someone else has darker skin it would be more successful at matching theirs

Christine is the absolute best i was furious at first but quickly was steered in the right direction by her i accidentally had the wrong tracking number already in my phone. It said delivered Christine was there for me on point ready to take action cool as a cucumber i again was furious she was so cool never getting mad back she is amazing under pressure she showed me i literally had the wrong tracking number. She is a god sent my order is #987584 and she showed me exactly that! All the items I purchased were excellent. The colour changing foundation works like a dream. The lip stain is a beautiful colour, but I had trouble staying within the lines, so it didn’t look as nice as it should. Will use a lip liner next time.

Just wanted to drop a note of thanks… I placed an order, number 1010020, and panicked when I saw your return policy. (Must be unopened and unused, etc) This is my first time trying a product like this and I optimistically ordered two bottles, but how do I tell if I don’t like it without using it? 🤯

Buyers beware this product is not what they say it is they say it works for fair to medium skin definitely does not work for medium skin which I am. I reached out to the company in less than 24 hours after I received the product to let them know it does not at all blend with my skin tone. It makes me look like I have a white face and has no coverage. They are not trying to offer a refund only a store credit. I do not want to store credit. I would like my money back because the item that I was trying to purchase was not as described highly recommend do not buy. !!
