GENREV rocks!
The Smooche foundation was too light for my skin & I emailed the company to ask for a refund. I was offered only 10% off my next purchase. There was an item I wanted to try but 10% & no refund? When I emailed again & wrote my concerns,GENREV responded & honestly, made me feel like royalty! She said she was starting my full refund which I should see the credit in my bank acct in a few days & I didn’t need to send the product back. Royalty! That is how every business should treat their customers! When I finished reading the email, I wanted to buy the other item I was interested in, just to support them! GENREV should do seminars on how to make your customers feel special in any situation! She was marvelous, very caring & compassionate. Kudos to her & Smooche!!!

Save your money
Save your money! The colour changing foundation does not work. My neck and shoulders are tanned and so is my face. After applying the smooch colour changing foundation I look like I have had my face in a flour bag. I cannot use it; it makes me look ill. Do not buy.

I was really looking forward to trying…
I was really looking forward to trying this foundation, but unfortunately it did not live up to the advertising.
Firstly, it was promoted as **buy one, get one free**, with a free gift included. The "gift" turned out to be nothing more than a basic makeup sponge, which was quite disappointing.
Secondly, delivery took **over a month**, which is far longer than I expected.
The biggest issue, however, is the product itself. It is advertised as **adapting to your skin tone**, but that was not my experience. On my skin, it is at least one shade lighter than my natural complexion, and the difference remains noticeable even after blending it well and allowing it time to settle.
The coverage is also disappointing. I don't have many blemishes or areas of redness, yet it barely covers anything. I expected at least a light-to-medium coverage based on the advertising, but it falls well short.
Finally, although it is marketed as feeling lightweight on the skin, it honestly feels no different from many inexpensive drugstore foundations. In my opinion, it doesn't justify its premium price.
Overall, I was disappointed with both the product and the overall buying experience, and I would not purchase it again.

I have been shopping for quite some time now to find a foundation that agrees with my skin at my age. I’m 71 years old and your foundation is the best that I’ve found. I’ve tried Luxe, Mary Kay, and a couple others that I can’t remember the names. Your foundation goes on smoothly. It looks natural. It covers most blemishes. I just love it. I will buy it again. Terrible! Does NOT colour match skin it just turns a murky orange colour. Tried it on face, arm, leg and it just turns the same colour. I emailed them chasing delivery, no response, i doubt they will reply to my email asking for money back guarantee! Lets see.

I did not have a good experience with this product and my skin’s reaction to it. I gave feedback back several times, but felt no one was responding or hearing me. Finally, I was fortunate enough to connect with GENREV and she listened to me and the issues I had and made everything right with her excellent customer service skills. It’s hard to find someone like her these days. She assisted me with my order number 808037. She deserves an award! She is definitely a keeper! Please recognize her.
