Very disappointing experience and I…

Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this company. I placed a large order and received no notification that it had been delivered. After waiting considerably longer than expected, I contacted the company several times asking for an update and initially received no response. When they eventually replied, I was told that the order had apparently been delivered approximately two and a half weeks earlier. I had never received the package or any notification of the delivery. After I pushed them for photographic proof, they eventually provided a delivery photograph. The photograph actually confirmed that the package had been delivered to the wrong address, approximately five doors away from my correct address. I personally went to that address to try to recover the package, but by then more than two weeks had passed. I was informed that packages which do not belong at that address are only held for a limited period before being returned to the courier or disposed of. Despite their own photographic evidence showing that my order was delivered to the wrong address, to date I have received no refund, no meaningful apology and no satisfactory resolution. The lack of communication was bad enough, but taking no ownership after being provided with clear evidence that the package was misdelivered has made the experience considerably worse. Very unhappy with how this has been handled and, based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered some shorts from this website and it stayed active and awaiting shipment for almost 3 weeks. Contacted them twice and never received a date on when my package would arrive. Finally emailed them again to get some clarification or I would be reporting them as scam, the next day, my order all of a sudden couldn’t be shipped and was no longer available. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Awful customer service

The jumper was horrible quality, as well as being printed rather than sewed in as shown in the picture. It’s been 7 months of asking where the refund is and I have not received it, just emails saying they will ‘urge the finance department’. DO NOT SHOP HERE

That patterned and material are…

The patterns and material are amazing!!! My only gripe is that the sheer flowy shirt fit a little too loosely and are wide. Even accounting for stylistic choice I wish their collars were half a inch less thick and a slightly slimmer fit.

I was nervous to order from a company in China. More often than not, the product does not match the photo and is low quality or a strange size. Your size guide suggested a size different than my usual but I ordered per your guide and the fit was perfect. The item did arrive quite wrinkled and the wrinkles were hard to remove, I had to try 3 different ways before I succeeded. The shirt is lovely, close to but not identical to the image so I felt confident to order 2 more now that I know the fabric, quality and fit.

I waited over two months to receive my order, and when it finally arrived, the quality was nothing like what was advertised. The sweatshirts on the website look completely different from what I received—it honestly looks like a printed image glued onto a cheap shirt. I’m very disappointed. The product came from China, and based on this experience, the quality is very questionable. At this point, I don’t expect a refund, but this has made me rethink where I shop. The product, the quality, and the advertising were all misleading. Please be cautious before ordering—you may not receive what’s shown in the pictures
