***SCAM*** Customer Service is are out of country individual running this scam from his house. The United States address is a cover and fraud. These people get away with this fraud as they are located out of country.

Bought TurboTax Deluxe 2022 from them. Assumed they were a software vendor but they are not. The serial number I received with it worked but here is the issue: These people, person (Oliver) buy the software which can be activated on 5 PCs, then resell it to 5 people. That is fraud!!! One should have the 5 activations that come with the software. My HD crashed and I had to re-install TurboTax in a new HD and the license failed because it had exceed the activations. I installed it once, not five times. Be aware, if you buy software from them, this guy, you will be sorry. Oh, by the way, did I mention that I contacted them and they gave me another invalid serial number to shut me up, and now won't even respond anymore? Anyway, all good now bought a new serial number at a discount price from Intuit TurboTax.

This company is NOT an authorized reseller of their products. The product keys I bought over the last 6 years are all canceled. Furthermore, they have no record of my purchases or account details, even though I can clearly see my account in their portal. They do not respond to support emails. I finally called the supplier directly and was informed that your codes were canceled because they are not an authorized seller and were sold to several different people.
After hours of trying to set up the software, this individual was able to perfectly install it. I told Sam that I would recommend he get a nice raise, so don't let me down!!
Scam site. Bought software and never received the link to download it. Will not answer phone, rolls to voicemail. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY.

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY. THEY FORCE YOU TO JOIN TO BUY TURBOTAX AND MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL THEIR MONTHLY FEE. NEXT STOP FOR ME IS THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE TO REPORT THIS FRAUD. 2 REQUESTS AND THEY STILL WONT CANCEL ME.
I needed to move my QB Desktop Enterprise license to a new computer after replacing the original one. But I was told I had to buy an extra license to upgrade from one user to two, and the process wasn’t explained well. Then they tried to sell me an unlimited support package for $248, which I don’t need. Now I’m feeling pretty skeptical about this company, especially after finding out their address is just a virtual office.
Don’t use these people. It’s a total sham to get to signed up on a monthly subscription that they make nearly impossible to stop.
Total scam company sold a product thats out of stock and never replied to messages or phone calls. They should be erased off the internet for fraud.
