baught Turbo tax 2022. first license no good. ERROR. uninstalled. reinstalled, they sent new license. same thing. now they say no refund because it is electronic. sent them screeen shots, but they would ask stupid stuff like order number afer i sent it? DO NOT USE them. Shame on OLIVER!
COMPLETE SCAM!
I would leave negative stars if I could. They send a bogus activation key then do not respond to support claims for a functional key. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, IT IS A SCAM. I was sent a turbotax key (for $77) that said it was linked to another account so could not be used. No response from SDUSA except to ask for a screenshot, then crickets for over a month, despite constant contact from me. I had to purchase the software elsewhere and received no refund.

I accidentally purchased software and immediately canceled and requested a refund within 10 minutes. Their chat support replied hours later asking for my order number, then waited another three hours to ask the reason, and only responded the next day to say they couldn’t refund because I’d used the license key — which is impossible because the key wasn’t delivered until the following day. Their handling was slow, inconsistent, and dishonest. I asked for a refund right away and was ignored until they manufactured a reason to refuse it. I consider this company untrustworthy and would not recommend purchasing from them.

I recently purchased or should I say “ Donated “ money for a turbo tax program that I cannot use because Software discounts refuses to send me my bought and paid for activation number. They are crooks/ scammers. Update: Well, after daily complaints and emails “ software discounts “ finally sent me the activation license and I have been able to complete my taxes. Though - I will not purchase anything from them again, they did follow through and complete my purchase. I’m not changing my review nor my rating because they did not inform me as to why there was almost a 2 week delay to receive my purchase. Use at your own risk. Doug
Buy directly from Turbo Tax
I purchased Turbo Tax from this company for my 2024 taxes. I got a new computer and went online to be able to download the software again to get it set up. It would not allow me to download and gave me a number to go to Turbo Tax to download. The number did not work. When I inquired with Turbo Tax they said that number was used by someone else. This company is reselling sold software. Dont buy from them.

I have been advised by Intuit that the QB2024 Pro i bought for $400 is not supported, cannot be registered, and is not a valid license number.

I purchased TurboTax software
I purchased TurboTax software, but the license key provided did not allow the product to be installed or used on my computer. I contacted the seller multiple times over the course of more than a month to request a corrected license or working download link. Their responses were extremely slow, generic, and did not address the issue or provide any solution that allowed me to access the product I paid for. Despite repeated attempts, I was never able to download, install, or use the software. Since the product was never delivered in usable form, I requested a refund. The seller refused, even though I never received the functional product. The merchant failed to provide the product as advertised and did not resolve the issue after extensive communication attempts. VERY FRUSTRATING to try to work with these people.

Bought Turbo Tax. The license number you needed to input to activate software was already linked to another account therefor could not use. No customer support from Software Discount. Intuit says they are not an approved vendor. Total scam
License key no longer valid
Same as others my license key was no longer active. TT said it was assigned to someone else. If you look at the 5 stars they are all about the same review. Really think this company is more of a scam. I asked for help and have received no response. Text and call, nothing just leave a message.
