I bought TurboTax Home and Business, which downgraded to DeLuxe
I bought TurboTax Home and Business from SoftwareDiscountUSA and was pleased with the steeply discounted price. After two month of using the program, the application was suddenly downgraded to the DeLuxe version. Fortunately, SoftwareDiscount USA has an excellent customer service with rapid responses. When a reinstall didn't solve the problem, I called the customer service and was helped by Sam, who fixed the issue within minutes. The combination of excellent pricing and excellent customer service is a winner!
