Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the high quality and effectiveness of the products, finding them extremely practical, durable, and easy to use for various electrical wiring projects. Consumers frequently highlight the fast delivery and professional results, making their overall journey smooth, reliable, and deeply satisfying. Some reviewers were not happy with the ordering process, mentioning that additional items like heat guns were unexpectedly added to their orders without prior knowledge. A few people also felt that buying replacement parts was difficult because individual sizes were not available separately, forcing them to purchase large kits.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.My experience with these products has been game changer. Little tricky at first but once you get the right heat on the solder splices, they work efficiently and have an excellent connection. Adding the heat shrink makes them even better yet. A+. Only suggestion is have is id like to be able to purchase individual sizes in bulk rather than having to order an assortment. Just got their heat gun can't wait to try it.
These made my job so much easier. Every connection is soldered, sealed, and weather proof. It saved me a lot of time too. I won't need any other connectors.
Product was delivered in a timely manner and I received updates from the beginning on order and delivery status. I have been rebuilding my utility trailer, replacing boards, painting and replacing wiring and lighting. These connectors made the process much easier and quicker. Seem to be as advertised.
All looks good, came on time, I haven't had the chance to try them yet.
I was dissatisfied with the shipping timing. I asked for and paid for expedited shipping, but it all still took about 2 weeks to get to my door. It is also very tricky to check out without accidentally ordering the heat gun too. (Now I have 2). Quality seems to be good though and though my immediate need was taken care of by off the shelf items due to not being able to wait, I believe I will put the product to good use. Definitely needs to be better communication from the company to the consumer. The silence was so deafening, I was sure I had been scammed, but the items did arrive eventually.
SOmuch for the easy returns I have the heat gun that I didn't order and have been trying to return it for months
Fantastic tool for a shade tree mechanic like myself. Customer service is top tier.
Soldersticks are so simple to use! I was really surprised at the ease of use. Glad I saw your ad on FB.
Used to connect my replacement heater / ac switch on my 1996 K1500 GMC truck, they worked incredibly well. Very easy to use. Would recommend.
I came across these heat shrink connectors by accident on fb yrs ago, and i am so glad I did, i love love love these things, i have re bought them multiple times, they are so easy to use i absolutely love them and would recommend them to anyone and everyone…..
I ordered the 250 piece kit and some heat shrink and paid for the fast shipping also. Fast shipping is suppose to take 5 business days. I never heard a response from them until I contacted them 5 days later. and was informed the item had shipped. When I checked the tracking information I say the package had still not been received by USPS for shipping. I attempted to cancel my order on August 12th but was told they were unable to cancel my order. No reason was given. On August 19th I emailed and stated I wanted to return the items because I no longer needed them and had obtained a similar product from an alternate vendor. I received no response from this email. I again emailed on August 24th and again stated I wanted to return the items. They responded on August 25th and demanded to know why I wanted to return the items instead of just letting me return them. I again stated I had obtained a similar product from a different vendor I never heard back from them since August 25th.
Well, I placed an order on their website, guranteed delivery all that. $164.97 on paypal, so where is my stuff? No phone numbers to call, they don't return emails. Guess I was scammed! Too bad, sounded like a solid product. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Solderstick website added items to my order automatically that I had removed at checkout, the system then charged me for it. I immedaitely requested Solderstick to revise the order, I later requested for a return authorization and credit as I did not want these items nor authorize payment for them. Solderstick has not provided any response to resolve this issue. There is no customer service that responds, no phone, no address location, no way to contact other than email. It took weeks to get the product, very scammy.
Great product . Works as advertised, saved me a lot of time.
All was good shipping and product . Would change the ability to select the ones you use the most.06
Arrived as described, good service
Delivery was timely and exactly what I ordered. I would gladly order from Solderstick again.
Items were received in a timely manner and were in good condition.
I love these things! I've been using these for some time. I first saw them on Gearz. Purchased a small package and used them up over a couple of years. I started a new project and needed more but couldn't find the ordering information. I finally found the company name and ordered more than I thought I would use so I don't run out this time.
