Consumers frequently highlight the fast delivery and professional results, making their overall journey smooth, reliable, and deeply satisfying. What people say

Very satisfactory, good product

In a world full of mail order scams Solderstick delivered as promised. I have not yet used the product but it looks very good. Delivery cannot match Amazon's "next day" or "two day" but was reasonable (10 days to Canada) and problem free. I happily recommend.

Putrid greed fraudsters

Putrid greed fraudsters. I ordered one item , the wire tracer , clicked No I dont want the extra rubbish they try to upsell you through checkout . When i clicked purchace the added on the useless extras an the price of my order more than tripled . From $39.99 to $129.99 . FRAUDULENT SELLERS DO NOT ENGAGE !

Deceptive company

I followed an advertisement link on Australian facebook marketplace and purchased a pack. On checking my PayPal receipt surprised to see charges in USD! Nothing in their promotional material made this clear. In addition there was a scam pre ticked box for a heat gun that I did not want or actively order. Regardless of quality of their product, I consider this deceptive behaviour that others have also fallen for. This company should be avoided and I now wonder about the integrity of the trust pilot score

Not legit

Not legit. Products added to order without customer knowledge and difficult to negotiate a website that is trying to upsell you at every point. I don't believe there is a real customer service site but instead some poorly trained bots. Buy similar products elsewhere if so inclined, but crimp, solder, heat shrink for a more professional solution.

Additional products added to order

Placed an order and a heat gun was added by the company. Attempted to cancel via their email and another order was generated increasing to the 100 unit kit. No responses from multiple emails to company site and ended up charged for 2 kits with added heatguns and additional pieces. Rec'd orders with no way to return. Contacted credit card company and after 3 months were credited for orders. Evidently company never responded to credit card company either. You can order the same product throughj Amazon and it was cheaper.

O ordered the basic kit of connectors for $24.99. What I received was the connectors and also the $29.99 Soldering gun that I DID NOT ORDER! They told me to send it back AT MY COST $10.50 to receive a credit of $29.99. Order process was a scam to sell unwanted add-on. I lost $10.50 as a result of their scam. I WOULD NOT purchase again. I thought I was purchasing from a…

I thought I was purchasing from a reputable company. I went on their website with the intent to purchase the 100 piece kit. Their website defaults to the 500 piece kit and the heat gun. I selected the 100 piece kit and deselected the heat gun. My purchase should have been $39.99. I completed the checkout process and a few minutes later was notified by my credit card company that I was being charged $129. I then received an email from Solderstick with my invoice showing the 500 piece kit and heat gun. I did not order the 500 piece kit or heat gun. When I emailed Solderstick customer service, actually 4 times, I was advised that they could not change the order and that when it arrived I could just return it for a refund. It arrived on Monday, I've sent Solderstick customer service 3 more emails trying to return the order that I did not place and they have failed to respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - once they have your money they don't want to know you.

Old guy likes new things

So far so good. Navy trained electronics technician many moons ago, I learned to solder and tape wire joints... years later, I used heat shrink... this was the next evolution of that. I have siliconed heat shrink when I did not have heat activated heat shrink with glue for applications. That was usually larger wire and expensive... just like these. We shall see how long they last when the weather warms up and I start repairing my trailer lights.
