I ordered a pair of shoes 1/1/25. It is now 1/17/25 & I've yet to receive the shoes, a tracking order for the shoes or anyone to contact about the shoes. They were to be a birthday gift. The birthday is 3 days away & no sign of shoes. I don't know if this store is fake or just bad service but I can't get an answer through the phone #, no customer service to contact & the last msg I received was "someone" telling me about the verification process (that was on the 9th). Unless you have extreme patience or money to burn - DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY/SCAM whatever they are. I've had to report to my bank about cancelling any further money to them. Definitely unsatisfied customer - BAD BUSINESS

There was no email received prior to writing this review. In fact, I only received a response following the creation of this review. Yes, my refund was received but Sole Serious refused to allow me to repurchase the ordered products at the price I originally paid. You are now hiding behind standardized customer service empty apologies and falsehoods of “offering the best possible customer service”. The opportunity to make this right was offered, you failed, and now you are trying to disqualify my feedback with excuses. You have my email address; I will happily remove this review if and when you live up to your promise of “best possible customer service” and deliver my original order at the price paid.
