. I pre ordered Jordan 5 fire reds because I was working on release day and didnt want to miss out on them. This Saturday will be a month since release day. I’ve emailed twice now and left a message through the customer service link and haven’t gotten a reply from either. Very disappointed so don’t believe the positive reviews you read. There has been zero communication besides order and payment confirmation Update 10/10/25: After another email I got an apologetic response for the delay and no communication and they’re supposed to ship out Monday on express delivery. Hopefully they’ll be here by the end of the week and I’ll give a final update. 10/18/25: The shoes were delivered today. Besides the delays and communication issues they are exactly what I was expecting and what I paid for. They did make it right
I wrote this as an email and Sole Seriouss did not respond. I also sent it as a site review and they refused to post the feedback. This review is not about the shoes themselves, but about Sole Seriouss. I preordered sneakers on August 16 for a release on August 23. Sole Seriouss did not ship my order until a full month after release—even though they restocked the same sneakers multiple times during that period. I paid them twice the retail price, money I easily could have saved by purchasing directly from authorized Nike retailers, where the shoes sat unsold. By September 12, with no shipping notice, I contacted Sole Seriouss to cancel. At that point, they still had not shipped my order and, by their own admission, had not even purchased the sneakers. Instead of honoring my cancellation, four days later I received a dismissive response: they called the delay “slight,” promised shipping the next day or the day after with an “upgraded” Express delivery, and told me cancellation was no longer an option since the product had released. The only “option” they offered was to return the shoes for a Sole Seriouss gift card—effectively trapping my money with them. Not only did the shoes fail to ship the next day (or the day after), but when they eventually did, the shipping was not Express at all—it was standard UPS Ground. I’ve bought from Sole Seriouss only four times, three back in 2020, so I wouldn’t call myself a loyalist. But after this experience, I can say with certainty I will never recommend them. This was not just poor customer service, it revealed a deeper issue: Sole Seriouss prioritized squeezing every penny out of customers over basic honesty and accountability. That kind of greed is both disgusting and unacceptable.
Call your bank and tell them to refund your order because soleseriouss is busier than Amazon to be able to reply, not to even worry try and spend 10 seconds in refund your order
I’m Not sure what happen to them When it comes to ordering but thank god I was able to cancel my order and get a refund after I contacted my bank . I use to order from them all the time and was never a problem but this last time I waited for weeks. It seems like all the good reviews are from the people who actually go in the store to buy but I don’t recommend ordering at all . I will never order from them again and want to let others know to be cautious when placing an order from them. I guess I can delete the App now.

I’m going to call my bank for a refund I wish I could report them since this is on going. I really wanted those shoes real bad now I have nothing, no answer, no refund NOTHING!

After numerous calls, emails and even DM, today I spoke to someone who was extremely rude. As I begin to explain what happened he begin to cut me off, answering and being rude before I can even speak thoroughly. When I told him about my suggestion and if I was clear he was rude stating it wasn’t that hard to understand. When all he had to say was yes. Sometimes people may say things incorrectly and I just wanted to be clear about what I said. Again his response with a nasty attitude. Other than that! I have been extremely patient with my order, and I have not received anything I thought I struck a gold mine with SOLESERIOUS. Guess not! I wish I had of looked at the reviews about the company I could have saved myself time and money.

Ordered march1st still didn’t receive tracking so I called my bank for refund because they never replied back to my emails. Don’t buy from these scammers Update I waited for shipping you never sent me tracking info after the timeframe you never even replied back to my emails until I requested a refund from my bank that’s when you had no choice but to cancel that fake order. Your service sucks will never support your store again. Stop lying because I know how to count, I know exactly what is 5-14 business days is from March1st. Don’t recommend the pre-order option. Very limited communication, they give you a 2-week timeframe. It’s now the day before the last day for the timeframe. From previous experience and looking at reviews, they ship on the last day of your timeframe. Some people just never receive the shoes at all, they don’t respond to emails, support is just awful. Not sure why they say within 2 weeks of the release date when they always ship on the last day. Also, the shoes that I pre-ordered are currently out of stock on their site so I’m not sure if I’m ever going to receive them. UPDATE* Do not buy pre-orders that wasted my time. They give you the time frame just for you to wait on a product you will NEVER receive the company is full of shit just trust me. You’re better off using your money elsewhere.
