Highly recommend

Highly recommend. Product was fantastic. I got CDs done(twice). First press sold out, so I had to reorder another batch of CDs and it was as easy as clicking "reorder" to get another batch. Solid Merch has always been very helpful and responsive with any concerns/requests that I present to them. I'll continue to work with them in the future.

NAILED IT!

You Nailed It! I had a complicated 6 panel 2-CD package with intricate artwork and 2 dozen pictures. We did encounter some IT problems along the way, but they were addressed immediately. Communication was a little difficult at times, but honestly, they did call me back or respond every time I asked them to do so. In today's world, in this business, that is very very good. Looking back, even with these challenges, I've moved from a 4 star up to a 5 star rating because the end product is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! It is 100% exactly what I asked them to do! I made a few upgrades that totally worked and I'm really happy about. There was no damage in shipping and they arrived a day earlier than expected! WELL DONE!

We completely understand how frustrating this shipping delay must have been. Your order completed production on April 2nd and was handed off to UPS that same day.
