My band wanted a low-run of LPs made. The package didn't include Test Presses, which we wanted. The SM folks cobbled together some type of a-la-carte way to making two order and then canceling one in order to handle the request.
The process was complicated. The Dashboard ws rarely updated. The payment process never worked. This lead to us uploading artwork a few times—which inevitable lead to errors. Now we have an LP missing bits of artwork.
Not a great process at all.
Would not recommend.

While test presses for 100 unit orders are indeed outside of our standard offering, we do our best to accommodate off menu requests to the extent that we're able and to walk you through the production process as everything moves along. I had a couple of issues with my insert (my fault). They reached out to me by email and phone to help me fix the issues. They warned me that the issues might cause a delay in shipping, but my package still arrived on time.
Customer service was great. The CDs look and sound great.
I will definitely be using them again.
The product itself is beautifully pressed. The sound is so smooth. The printing of the artwork looks fantastic, thanks to William who went backwards and forwards with me on it until I finally got it all to fit. They were easy peasy to work with and HUMAN and personal and I highly highly recommend.
My order shipped out almost 2 weeks earlier than expected, the customer service was top notch and Carlito was AMAZING! We didn’t order the digital download cards but we were pleasantly surprised to see them added to our order. The initial order was for 55 pieces, we are going to double our order next time. I wish I had the words to express our gratitude. Thank you!

Questions were answered quickly and accurately. Product quality was excellent. Their pricing was the best we found, after getting multiple quotes from other vinyl record suppliers.
These guys have knocked it out of the park on 2 of my band's small-run 12" LP records. The quality from the Czech Republic plant they used has been fantastic all the way around, and the overall process was very quick. Will likely be coming back!
