My wife and I purchased a Washington Solid Built Shed for an Art Studio. It is stunningly beautiful. Igna and Tomas were helpful every step of the way and went way beyond the call of duty. I could not recommend SolidBuilt more highly in terms of their products and customer service. This is an honest review.

We ordered the California 13x11, and the whole process was smooth and as described by the company. It was fun to build and looks and feels great! Our contractor helped us put much of it together, and he was impressed by the quality. Delivery is quick so have the space ready to go when you order.

It is a wonderful product! It far exceeded my expectations. It arrived promptly and assembled easily. The engineering was expert. They helped out with a question about hardware within hours. Everyone that sees it absolutely loves it too! It adds character and class to my botanical backyard. Thank you for making this a great experience.

Thank you so much for the kind words, Patricia! We're thrilled to hear your shed kit exceeded your expectations and brings charm to your botanical backyard. 🌿
Solidbuild provided us a beautiful backyard office, fast and efficient. They were proactive with some parts, sending one set of screws that were needed before I even needed it. They are professionals with a great product, and I have recommended them to a handful of other people already.

The positive: customer service is A+ with communication and resolving problems. Shipping was on-time and expected. Videos are key and very helpful. The negative: you MUST build the day or day after you receive (which we did) but had problems with a bunch of boards being cut incorrectly, which was resolved by the company, but waiting a week for new boards resulted in our last quarter of the build to be difficult due to warping of remaining boards. So a 2-3 day build took us about 2 weeks. Overall, a fabulous little room that we use as an office! We had electrical installed with HVAC system. Metal roof has kept us dry. I would purchase again!

Thank you for your thorough and helpful review, Tracy! We're so happy to hear you had good interaction with our customer service, and that our videos were a key part of your successful build. It makes our day to know you're enjoying your "fabulous little room" as an office!
We're truly sorry for the issues with the incorrectly cut boards and the subsequent warping that extended your build time. We understand how frustrating it is when a 2-3 day project stretches to two weeks, and we sincerely apologize for that inconvenience. Your feedback is extremely valuable as we continuously strive to improve.
We're so grateful for your patience and for still recommending us despite those initial hurdles. We truly appreciate your business!
Right from the beginning our experience with Solid Build was amazing. Ordering was a breeze, I was informed of delivery progress every step of the way. Our delivery driver was fantastic and knowledgeable about what he was delivering- even offering a few tips from his experience with this build.
Putting our shed together was great! They even included several extra pieces for some of the more specialized components in case you had a break or damage.
We are very pleased with our shed- which we turned into a backyard library for our home. 10/10 would recommend Solid Build to anyone!

Thank you for the fantastic review, Brittany! It is great to hear about the positive experience with SolidBuild, from ordering to assembly, and that you are enjoying the backyard library. Your feedback and recommendation are much appreciated!
Beautiful home office! We are really happy with it. It was a bit involved of a home office build so I recommend having 2-3 professionals help support over the course of 4-5 days for structure, roof, electrical, flooring and paint.

We're thrilled you love your new home office. We really appreciate you sharing your experience and the helpful tips about the build process. Enjoy your new workspace!
Very disappointed considering the price and ease of fixing the issue. The delivery was good as was the support. The instructions however were embarrassingly terrible for a 7k product! It appeared they were not even proof read. Every page had mislabeled or non existing parts, like not even close. Incorrect measurements and mislabels everywhere.
This is supposed to be a diy product proof read the manual! It’s not a $40 chair.

Thank you for your valuable feedback, Dylan. We're sorry to hear that the instructions for your shed kit fell short of expectations, and we appreciate you pointing out the typos and discrepancies. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this caused. While we're disappointed to hear about the issues you encountered, we're glad to know that you're happy with the delivery and that our support team provided excellent service.
We're constantly working to improve our shed kits and often release updates to enhance their quality and ease of assembly. This means that sometimes, the printed manuals may lag slightly behind the most current version of the kit. However, our customer support team is always ready and able to provide the most up-to-date information and assistance in real-time. We'll continue to strive for product perfection in all aspects.
Fast. Good communication. Exactly what we expected. Well priced.

Moderna 10x10
Ordered the Moderna shed and it is really great. The build process was straightforward and the final product is better than expected. We included the 4 lite window add on and it was a great addition. It lets more light into the space and is very well made. The order and delivery process was even smooth and efficient. Overall highly recommended product.

Excellent quality product
Excellent quality product, from the wood to the doors. It's never easy to take on a major project like this as a husband and wife team, but with the SolidBuildWood staff being incredibly responsive to a couple of questions we had about the directions, we ended up with a beautiful "guest house"/formally a shed.
We were able to get it done in a 3 weekends with one other guy, and we did hire local roofers. In 3 short months we created a beautiful place for my 92-year-old father in law to sleep. This was far superior to leaving him in a facility. It cost us 1.5 months of what the facilities charge and is far warmer, more personable and beautiful and best of all - we are right there for him!

Thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled you like your shed and found it easy to assemble.
The delivery person was awesome, suggesting storing the wood in the garage, which I wasn't aware of as an option. Some labeling was off, however, the contact from SolidBuild was very responsive and walked me through checking the kit. The shed is beautiful. It hasn't even been painted yet and I am getting compliments from all of my neighbors.

Thank you for your feedback, Jennifer! We're glad our carrier's driver provided helpful suggestions. We apologize for any labeling issues but are pleased our team assisted you promptly. Enjoy your shed and compliments from neighbors!
Very helpful and responsive customer service. Igna was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with every step along the way, even when all I had to do was read the instructions.

i enjoyed the product and the customer…
i enjoyed the product and the customer support , they are always willing to help.
it is not that easy to put it up. if took 2 contractors 4 days to finish and 3 days painting. i have not i installed a roof yet.
hire a electrician to put wire to the 4 corners and we put the light fixture outside it is not a shed , it is a nice room , so many of my friend went to move in. lol

Thanks for your feedback, Julia! We're glad you enjoy the shed and our support. Tongue & Grove assembly can be challenging for contractors used to post & beam construction, but your new space sounds amazing!

This group is supplying really cool materials and the sea shed idea could be turned into many houses that could help with their housing shortage. All I know is it’s top quality material top quality customer service and they take care of their customer even after all of a sudden done doesn’t get any better than that.
