Highlights They do not account for the time product will take a customs Only order from this site if you are not in a hurry and live across the border. Still waiting on product to arrive ordered the bath chair Feb 15th with a estimated delivery of Feb 24. If you order this product to Canada they do no account for the extra time it takes at customs on there website and when you ask about it they just say we and fed ex have no control. Don't order if your planning or counting on the estimated delivery date New arrival date is now March 2nd. Only ironic part it I only ordered from this website because it had the fastest delivery date. I'm sure the response to this review will state the same as my previous email back from them . That thay apologize for the inconvenience and have no control over customs.

You’re absolutely right that customs clearance can add time to deliveries going into Canada, and while it’s unfortunately outside of our control (and FedEx’s control as well), we clearly need to do a better job setting expectations on our website for international shipments. If the estimated delivery date didn’t account for potential customs delays, that’s something we need to improve so customers can plan accordingly. We understand how disappointing it is to order based on a delivery estimate and then experience delays especially when timing matters. We will be reviewing and updating our delivery messaging for cross-border orders to make it clearer that customs processing time is not included in the estimated delivery window. I a smaller padded seat for my Shower Buddy. First I used the online chat. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. Ordered the seat and it arrived early. A great experience.

The chair works great. 2 things could make it even better. The foot test is way too small. He cannot rest his feet on it. Also the seat is not wide enough to do his disposals into the commode container. Have to chose one or the other.

Works great feels secure simple to assemble with clear directions the model is SG3 with swivel seat that’s kinda wobbly for such a high end unit

Our most recent pair lasted about 11 years, which is remarkable given our daily use of the SB2T. My family and I are deeply grateful for the design and durability of the ShowerBuddy SB2T. I am one of my father’s caregivers. The Shower Buddy is like a Godsend to him. It gives him independence and the ability to take care of himself in the bathroom. He maneuvers the Shower Buddy, using his feet, over the toilet and is able to use the bathroom on his own, which makes him feel a great deal of independence. According to my father, the other duties, it allows him to perform independently are brushing his teeth, putting on deodorant, shaving, showering, as well as all other things that one would do in the bathroom. The independence he gets from the Shower Buddy is a miracle. We highly recommend this product Craig & Eugene
